Pesima experiencia con ellos, acorde un precio y condiciones y al llegar con ellos me lo cambian y me quieren cobrar mas y por si eso no fuera suficiente en lo que trataban de arreglar el tema me dejaron parado afuera y esperando por mas de una hora. Mala atencion les vale el trato al cliente. Nada recomendable.

Because of him we couldnt rent anywhere else because the services were saturated due to the end of the year. Terrible service, they made our New Years Eve a nightmare due to their non-compliance!!!

I asked him for an invoice for the amount of the rent, he told me that at the end when the truck returned, at that time he would give me the rent invoice. When the day arrived to return the van (before going to the airport to take the return flight, so I didnt have time to wait), someone other than the one who gave it to me received the van, I asked for him, and they told me that he could not go to receive it, and that they would NOT give me my invoice, because they had problems with their electronic signature and could not invoice, that they would send it to my email as soon as it was ready, guaranteeing that it would not happen the billing month (November). Coming back, I was calling almost daily (before the end of the month), and every day it was the same, not to worry, my bill was coming, etc. Just on the evening of November 30, they sent me an invoice that turned out to be false, since it supposedly guaranteed the expense of the rent, but when I looked for it on the SAT portal, it did not appear as stamped. I immediately contacted the person who delivered the truck to me, and he gave me the number of Contador Jesus so that I could discuss the issue with him. This Accountant canceled the invoice (I say cancelled, because I did not receive the cancellation request from the portal in my email) and sent me another one, which was also false (it did not appear, nor has it appeared until today in day as stamped on the SAT portal). But if by necessity or mistake you fall for them, make sure that they give you your invoice at the time and take the time to check as soon as possible on the SAT portal that it is valid and that your invoice is stamped.

Le solicite factura por el monto de la renta, el me dijo que al final cuando regresara la camioneta, en ese momento me daria la factura de la renta. Cuando llego el dia de regresar la camioneta (antes de ir al aeropuerto a tomar el vuelo de regreso, por lo que no tuve tiempo de esperar), me recibio la camioneta otra persona que no era la que me la entrego, pregunte por el, y me dijeron que no pudo ir a recibirla, y que NO me darian mi factura, porque tenian problemas con su firma electronica y no podian facturar, que me la mandarian a mi correo en cuanto estuviera lista, garantizando que no iba a pasar el mes de facturacion (noviembre). Regresando, estuve llamando casi a diario (antes de que finalizara el mes), y todos los dias era lo mismo, que no me preocupara, que mi factura iba a llegar, etc. Justo la tarde-noche del dia 30 de noviembre, me mandan una factura que resulto ser falsa, ya que supuestamente avalaba el gasto de la renta, pero al momento de buscarla en el portal del SAT, no aparecia como timbrada. Inmediatamente contacte a persona que me la entrego la camioneta, y el me paso el numero del Contador Jesus , para que viera con el el tema. Este Contador cancelo la factura (digo cancelo, porque tampoco me llego la solicitud de cancelacion por parte del portal a mi correo) y me mando otra, que de igual manera era falsa (tampoco aparecia, ni ha aparecido hasta hoy en dia como timbrada en el portal del SAT). Me comunique de nuevo con el Contador, el cual solo me escribio un mensaje diciendo que iba a revisarlo. !Oh sorpresa y coraje! Llego el 01 de diciembre (12/2023) y obvio, no obtuve la factura (por lo que no se pudo deducir el gasto). Les hice varias llamadas, mensajes de whatsapp, y no tuve ni un solo comentario o llamada de ellos donde me dieran respuesta para solucionar el problema. A la fecha, ya no me contestan. !Pesimo servicio, no los recomiendo! Pero si por necesidad o error caen con ellos, asegurense de que les den su factura en el momento y tomense el tiempo para revisar lo mas pronto posible en el portal del SAT que sea valida y que si este timbrada su factura.

Terrible, we had a reservation with them for just over 3 weeks, when we arrived they changed our car for a more expensive one, as tourists and having the urgent need for a car we accepted, shortly after they canceled our reservation WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION! I rented a car in December. Its almost April and the company still hasnt returned my deposit. I have dozens of messages that I sent to their WhatsApp, they dont answer, neither do the calls. I do not recommend their services at all. It is the worst experience I have had renting cars so far. A big disappointment, terrible customer service.
