Habia reservado un coche semanas antes y 3 horas antes me llaman a decir que no tienen coches disponibles. Tuve que buscar otro lugar que me costo el triple porque fue a ultimo momento

No tenia pensado rentar automovil pero de ultimo momento, me decidi y a las 9 am llame por tel y el joven Rommel Alejandro me atendio muy bien y me garantizo que el auto estaria listo para las 12, cono asi fue. Obtuve muy buen precio. Y hasta consegui un descuento extra. Y por si fuera poco, me permitieron entregarlo en National del aeropuerto sin costo alguno. Sin duda, volvere a rentar con ellos.
I had not planned to rent a car but at the last minute, I decided and at 9 am I called by phone and the young Rommel Alejandro assisted me very well and guaranteed that the car would be ready for 12, which it was. He rentado en diferentes estados y siempre un excelente Servicio, lamentablemente reserve en prepago en linea y NO me tuvieron listo el vehiculo a la hora ACORDADA EN LA PAGINA, me compensaron con horas extras, pero movieron mis planes, este escenario muestra una mala gestion en su sistema. Me ofrecieron un vehiculo estandar que sin problemas acepte, pero ese vehiculo a mi parecer no sigue la calidad de los vehiculos que rentan.
I have rented in different states and always excellent Service, unfortunately I booked prepaid online and they did NOT have the vehicle ready for me at the time AGREED ON THE PAGE, they compensated me with overtime, but they moved my plans, this scenario shows poor management in your system. They offered me a standard vehicle that I accepted without problems, but in my opinion that vehicle does not match the quality of the vehicles they rent.

Gave me a rental car with no tags had to drive to Merida from a small town, 1 hour away from the town so they can give me tags or plates. Turns out they didn't have any for my rental. For that trip I did not refill gas on return. Of course they charged me no biggie. Ill Never use them again. Also while looking at plates i dont know what was broken, they tried to blame me. No chance. Overall bad experience don't recommend. Me dieron un carro sin placas y en media vacaciones me llaman que necesito regresar a Merida. Regrese y que segun no tenian placas, perdido de tiempo y por eso no llene el tanque de Petro cuando lo regrese. No me importa que me cobren.nunca los usare otra vez.

I returned and according to them they didn't have license plates, I wasted time and that's why I didn't fill the Petro tank when I returned. I don't care if they charge me. I will never use them again.
We reserved and prepaid an SUV, the day of rental we called in advance at the time of pickup to ensure car was ready, we were assured it was. On arrival, car was not ready and we were asked to wait 15 minutes, now it has been 1.30 hours and still no car. Great!
