Absolutely the best! Great experience from beginning to end. They were so accommodating, gave me a great price, and were so friendly as well. Can't recommend them enough!
No complications to rent a car with them, just that the full but we manage to return it at the same level, the cars are a bit old, and the delivery time took a bit longer, but they were patient for the returning of the car, and drove us to the airport, friendly and helpful staff.
Easy process and had no issues. The car was a bit old, but drove fine. I received the car with zero fuel and couldn't calculate exactly how much I would need so I probably overfilled it and lost some money
I had some good experiences with them over the course of two months. It was great to get a car on the same day and only a few blocks from where I was staying. But each time I rented, it was a worse and worse experience. The cars were in worse condition and there was less fuel. Last week, they gave me a car with no fuel. I didn't calculate well and wound up asking the fuel attendant for $500Mx and I only had the car for 24 hours. I returned it after driving about 20 miles and asked for a discount on the rental amount. They refused. I refuse to rent from them again.
Everything was fine but the fuel tank was totally empty. We gave the car back with plenty of fuel. I read another review saying fuel tank was empty so it seems that they just empty it before they give you the car. Engine check was on but there was no problem with that. Cost was 750 for a Chevrolet. Car was not cleaned. The guy who brought it was very nice though and there were no further problems.
This place is a scam - DO NOT rent there. They give you a good quote with insurance included - with a big deductible. Then they make sure something goes wrong with the car - in our case, a bad tire. A couple of after we left, there was a problem. They had us pay for a brand new tire. It's a scam - be warned.
Be careful. We almost made a big mistake by renting from this company. The price was $550/day for a small car. When I saw the car with dents and cigarette burns on the seats, I thought this is not good. When I saw the gas tank was on empty, I said I refuse to deal with this company. I went to National and got a VW Gol with a full tank of gas for $450/day. Buyer be ware!!!!!!
Terrible car, had a flat tire and changed it in a very busy intersection. Turned car in let them know about the spare. They took it out looked at it then brought me home. 2 hours later the young man that brought me home came back and started harnessing me about paying for the tire. Accusing me of damaging it. Involved my neighbor and continued to harass. I am a 70 year old woman that certainly did not need this. Never rent from these people I think the cars are not really that safe.
