They were great and really reasonable. Angel is a great driver and his company/manager does a GREAT job with communicating. Vert professional. Helps to load bags. And very kind. I would 10/10. Book with them and no one else. The driver I tried to hire was a scam and Angel showed me that thet were on Facebook being scammers, and was the only driver in the Tulum airport who offered to take us to our Airbnb without trying to extort us.

In my experience, the trip to Rivera Maya was a little complicated since there were not many agencies associated with the Tulum airport, but since I contacted MICKMEL they were very attentive and responded quickly, the best of all is that I did not pay until I reached the destination place. Another thing that gives more confidence is that the Tulum airport only allows certain agencies to enter, which are counted and very well checked by the authorities. The agency is aware of you at all times, checking your trip, your arrival and also when they pick you up for your return to the airport. The van that transported us was very comfortable and air-conditioned, the driver was very friendly and attentive. I decided on this agency since most of them were very expensive and they had more affordable prices, even more so than airport taxis.

En mi experiencia viaje a rivera maya fue un poco complicado ya que no habia muchas agencias asociadas al aeropuerto de tulum , pero desde que que los contacte a MICKMEL se portaron muy atentos y respondian rapido , lo mejor de todo es que no page hasta llegar al lugar de destino . Otra cosa que da mas confianza es que el aeropuerto de tulum solo deja a entrar a ciertas agencias las cuales son contadas y muy bien checadas por las autoridades. La agencia esta al pendiente de ti en todo momento , checando tu viaje, tu llegada y al igual cuando te recogen para el regreso al aeropuerto. La camioneta que nos transporto era muy comoda y climatizada, el chofer muy amable y atento, me decidi por esta agencia ya que la mayoria me salia muy caro y ellos tenian precios mas accesibles, incluso mas que los taxis del aeropuerto.
