The experience was not good. The insurance added does not cover 100%, and you will have to pay extra to have it . I discovered that booking directly and paying in advance is cheaper than using this service. Personally, I won't used the service again.

It was easy to reserve but they don't tell you that they are a third party company you are not renting directly through them and they charge you a fee wich does not apply towards the rental of the vehicle

We used Mexico Car Rental as a broker and ended up with a car from Thrifty. Excellent experience, from booking via phone (with the help of Charter Travels in Ajijic - big shout out to Rosy and Carlos!) to arriving at our destination more than 2,000 km from our starting point. We rented one-way. The Renault Stepaway performed VERY well for us despite all the potholes and speed bumps, etc it endured - power, height, comfort, space all great. All costs were as expected. No awful surprises. I would definitely rent through them again.

I had a good experience renting a car in Oaxaca for 21 days with this company. I received the best price I could find from them and everything went smoothly. I've had a couple of really bad experiences with car rental agencies in Mexico, one of them kept my security deposit in Cancun, and another wanted 13K USD as a security deposit (of course I didn't went with it), but it was really easy an direct with Mariana from Mexico Car Rental, she made my reservation via WhatsApp and when I got there it was exactly as I was told, she gave me the exact rate, insurance and security deposit since the begging. I'm really happy with my experience with them.

Mexico Car Rental has great kustomer service, but the company they assigned this time was not that great. They asked for documents that were not included in my contract with Mexico Car Rental, I had to leave with no car and I'm still waiting for the refund. No one has contacted me and the email address given for this kind of cases is not a real one. All the emails bounce back.
