English is not a problem. Husband and wife team with good work ethic and professionalism. They take very good care of their cars rental, mini van rental, bus rentals. Smooth communication is hard to find in yucatan and merida, but these guys are on top of everything. 1/3 the amount of stupid paperwork and time you will spend at AVIS or any of the mainstream car rental companies. Price is very competitive.... perhaps 20% less than all other quotes we got. Trusted company with our family now

We quoted a van for a guided tour for 10 people from different companies in this city, based on the reviews of all the businesses and the customer service in all the responses, we decided to try this company and we are happy we did it because we had a very smooth experience, everything was clear from the beginning, no shady insurances fees like the others, friendly service, availability, and punctuality was delivered and the vehicle was new. The opposite of all the horrifying reviews and photos that we saw on the other agencies. We will be hiring them for sure if we go back to Mexico.
