We rented our first car in Mexico to drive across Yucatan peninsula. We got to the airport and National rental car was closed (yes, you heard that right). No one was there! The kind folks at Max car rental were able to get us a car so fast and stayed in touch with us to arrange concierge pick up at the airport! We literally drove up to our terminal and they were waiting on us. It was so fast and easy!! I would not hesitate to rent with them again. Great experience and very professional.

I would definitely recommend this place, we rented for 10 days. Car was delivered to my place, clean and with full tank. We went to celestun, motul, progreso and drove around Merida. No issues at all and a good deal for the time. I would recommend take pictures of any previous scratch when you receive the vehicle, just in case. I didn't have to use them but you never know. The staff was nice all the time and trustworthy, we will be renting again. As a plus, they bring you back to the airport when you return the car! Plus, my deposit got back the same day.
The price was cheap, the deposit was 5000 pesos by cash. The car was not new, by in quite good conditions. Everything was done very fast, without any additional charges or surprises. Strongly recommend.
