Me gusto la experiencia de renta con esta empresa, fue en la ciudad de Merida y ya he rentado auto en esta ciudad con otra empresa y es la primera vez en Localiza, me gusto mucho desde el area de atencion en el aeropuerto, despues nos llevaron a otro punto para entregar la camioneta, no era la que yo habia reservado, me dieron uno que no me agradaba y me dieron la opcion de regresar poco mas tarde por otra camioneta mas adhoc a lo que yo habia pedido y fue muy buen auto, era nuevo en muy buenas condiciones. Ojala todos los clientes cuiden los vehiculos y que la empresa cuide esos detalles para que sigan siendo empresa de calidad. Nosotros pedimos el seguro completo y me agrado que no habia sorpresas ni letras pequenas. Sin duda regreso mientras sigan conservando la calidad en los autos y en la atencion de las personas. Dos de ellos, fueron especialmente amables los que nos recibieron, fue Irasema y otro joven que no recuerdo el nombre.
I liked the rental experience with this company, it was in the city of Merida and I have already rented a car in this city with another company and it is the first time in Localiza, I really liked it from the service area at the airport, then they took us to another point to deliver the truck, it was not the one I had reserved, they gave me one that I did not like and they gave me the option of returning a little later for another truck more adhoc to what I had ordered and it was a very good car, It was new in very good condition. I hope all customers take care of the vehicles and that the company takes care of those details so that they continue to be a quality company. We asked for full insurance and I was pleased that there were no surprises or small print. I will definitely return as long as they continue to maintain the quality in the cars and in the attention of the people. Two of them who welcomed us were especially kind, it was Irasema and another young man whose name I don't remember.
Rente con Mexica Car Rental y de arrendadora me dieron a Localiza fue en mayo para Merida) nunca los habia escuchado pero vi buenos comentarios, todo bien en la recepcion y entrega de auto, el problema fue a la hora de devolver el deposito, nadie me sabia dar respuesta solo me traian de un lado a otro, el deposito fue de 4mil y me regresaron 2800, lo deje asi porque ya estaba cansada de estar peleando. Pero definitivamente no vuelvo a usar este servicio. Mexico Car Rental me dijo que mandara correo para darle seguimiento, en resumen no me resolvieron y me dijeron que era directo con Localiza. En fin primera y ultima vez que rento con Localiza y con Mexico Car Rental
I rented with Mexica Car Rental and as a rental company they gave me Localiza (it was in May for Merida) I had never heard of them but I saw good comments, everything was fine in the reception and delivery of the car, the problem was when returning the deposit, no one told me I knew how to give an answer, they only brought me from one place to another, the deposit was 4 thousand and they returned 2800, I left it like that because I was already tired of fighting. But I definitely won't use this service again. Mexico Car Rental told me to send an email to follow up, in short they did not resolve me and told me to go directly to Localiza. Anyway, first and last time I rent with Localiza and with Mexico Car Rental
Mi experiencia con la empresa fue pesima, aunque la atencion super bien (al principio) ahora caigo en cuenta que es un negocio redondo y una estafa!! Cuando llegamos al aeropuerto de Merida el que nos atendio super amable, nos preguntaron cuando salia nuestro vuelo de vuelta y justo coincidia con la entrega del coche. Cuando nos lo entregaron nos hicieron enfasis en que tenia las dos placas (que fue raro) ocupamos el Auto dos dias y cuando lo entregamos nos faltaba una placa por lo que el gerente solicitaba un cobro de $10500, lo que justo tuvimos que pagar por la prisa de nuestro vuelo! Ojoooo aqui, el trabajador nos dijo que en ESTA SEMANA a 4 personas le habia pasado lo mismo. Casualidad? O negocio redondo? Entrega el auto con placas flojas asi ganan si o si $10500 pesos mas, junto con la renta del auto. Alegan no tener seguro para placas. Pero esta semana $52500 de 5 autos junto con el que yo rente! Amabilidad?? O analisis de victimas que comentan que entregaran el auto justo en el momento del vuelo. Cuidado con la empresa localiza tus placas!!!
My experience with the company was terrible, although the service was super good (at first) now I realize that it is a great business and a scam!! When we arrived at the Merida airport, the person who greeted us was super friendly, they asked us when our return flight was leaving and it just coincided with the delivery of the car. When they gave it to us they emphasized that it had both plates (which was strange) we occupied the Car two days and when we delivered it we were missing a plate so the manager requested a charge of $10,500, which we just had to pay due to the rush of our flight! Be careful here, the worker told us that THIS WEEK the same thing had happened to 4 people. Chance? Or round business? Deliver the car with loose plates so they earn $10,500 pesos more, along with the car rental. They claim not to have license plate insurance. But this week $52,500 for 5 cars along with the one I rented! Kindness?? Or analysis of victims who comment that they will deliver the car right at the time of the flight. Be careful with the company, locate your plates!!!
Muy Amble la atencion, nos toco un auto nuevo, precio mejor que otros que habia cotizado y la entrega fue rapida ( contrate el seguro 0 deducibe) . En general buena experiencia.
Very friendly attention, we got a new car, a better price than others that had been quoted and the delivery was fast (take out the insurance 0 deductibe). Overall good experience.
