We had an absolutely amazing experience with Leon Car Rental. David was extremely honest with pricing and we knew what the rental was going to cost up front INCLUDING the necessary Mexican insurance. Incredible service from Leon Car Rental. They managed to arrange a vehicle for us at late notice and were easily contactable throughout the whole experience. Rates and insurances were made very clear with no hidden fees and the price was very good. The car was in good condition and they could not have been more helpful in helping us with pick up and drop off plus transferring us to and from the airport which is nearby to their offices. All the staff were really friendly and answered any questions we had clearly. I would recommend Leon over any of the other firms including the big names like Avis etc and would gladly look forward to using Leon Car Rental again next time I am in Merida.

Just completed a 5 week rental with Leon Car Rental. The family owned business truly excelled with a stress free rental with absolutely no additional hidden fees or surprises. Language and communication was easy, we used Google Translate & WattsApp as well as the Leon Car Rental Website to secure the rental. The car was ready for pickup clean and all basic checks (tire pressure etc.) were perfectly set. Will definitely rent from Leon Car Rental next time we are in Merida. Thank You Leon Car Rental team.

From the moment I made the reservation until the final return of the vehicle, every aspect of my interaction with Leon Car Rental exceeded my expectations. The booking process was seamless via Whatsapp without any reservation fee. After arrival at the Merida airport we were picked up by the member of the staff and after few minutes drive we were greeted by a friendly staff member who promptly assisted us with the paperwork and ensured that I had all the necessary information. Despite they did not speak English, they were willing to help and understand our needs with help of the web translator. Our car was brand new Mitsubishi in immaculate condition, clean, and well-maintained, Furthermore, I was impressed by the flexibility ofthe rental company. It was not a problem for them to return the car in Cancun (it is local company). In Cancun the staff member waited for us in front of the depature terminal and made our check out. Overall, my experience with Leon Car Rental company was nothing short of exceptional. I will undoubtedly choose Leon Car Rental Company] for all my future rental needs and enthusiastically recommend it to friends and family.

Great experience with Leon Car Rental. Car was clean and reliable, rates were very fair, and the staff was helpful. We were able to add two days to our rental with a simple WhatsApp message, and they waited for us to drop off at 8 pm, and gave us a ride to the nearby airport. Highly recommended. The staff spoke very little English and I speak very little Spanish, but they were patient and willing to work through translations. They were 100% above board on all quotes, did not push us to pay for extras that we did not need, and made us feel very safe and comfortable. Thank you to all the staff at Leon.

A very short walk from the airport, and worth it, since all of the airport rental car companies seem to be professional scammers. This place I worth it and they seemed HONEST and didn't try to rip us off with a million add-ons. They offer a discount if you pay in cash. Also pick up was very easy and no drama.

Rent here!!! The car rental companies inside the airport are so pushy and National tried to charge us a $2,500 USD deposit! We had a horrible experience with Eurocar where they lied about the price and then tried to charge us for "additional cleaning" inside the car. It was not dirty! This place was friendly, not pushy, and it is family owned and had a good selection of economy cars and even had two minivans and an SUV. We rented the SUV. It was older but also much cheaper and there was no ridiculous deposit amount. It's across the street from the airport and worth it!
