Me toco viajar ahora en Mayo 2024. Fue una excelente experiencia. Diana me dio un servicio completo, desde ir por nosotras al hotel, y nos rento un K3 2024. Desde la experiencia en linea al comunicarme para rentar hasta el ultimo momento cuando le entregue el auto de regreso, todo fue perfecto, aparte de que es tu contacto en Merida para cualquier situacion, ella esta al pendiente si algo se te ofrece. Tienen excelentes precios, autos muy buenos, y un servicio como ningun otro! La verdad que algunos malos comentarios que veo aqui me late que son de alguna empresa de la competencia que quieren hacerles ver mal, pero para nada, los recomiendo en un 101%. Cuando vayan a Merida, rentarles a ellos es ir a la segura.
I have to travel now in May 2024. It was an excellent experience. Diana gave me a complete service, from picking us up to the hotel, and renting us a K3 2024. From the online experience when contacting me to rent until the last moment when I gave her the car back, everything was perfect, apart from the fact that it is your contact in Merida for any situation, she is on the lookout if something is offered to you. They have great prices, great cars, and service like no other! The truth is that some of the bad comments I see here seem to me to be from a competing company that wants to make them look bad, but not at all, I recommend them 101%. When you go to Merida, renting from them is playing it safe.

Tengan mucho cuidado con estas personas yo les rente coches varias veces y siempre me dan los coches sin nada de gasolina solo con menos que la reserva y cuando les regreso el coche con 1/4 del tanque me cobran lo de un tanque lleno. No me dan un recibo por el deposito no habia habido problema, pero ahora no me quieren devolver mi dinero (el cual para mi no es poco) segun ellos no tienen dinero y ni me quieren rentar un auto para que quedemos a mano con el dinero que me deben. No los recomiendo, no tienen profesionalismo.
Be very careful with these people, I rent cars from them several times and they always give me the cars without any gasoline, only with less than the reserve and when I return the car with 1/4 of the tank, they charge me for a full tank. They didn't give me a receipt for the deposit, there had been no problem, but now they don't want to give me back my money (which for me is not a little) according to them, they don't have money and they don't even want to rent me a car so that we can be on hand with the money. that they owe me I do not recommend them, they have no professionalism.
Excelente servicio de Jorge, Alonso y Diana. Te dan el mejor precio, muy justo y no te piden los millones de garantia a cambio. Los autos en excelente estado y la atencion maravillosa. Te entregan y recogen el auto donde tu se los indiques y hacen el tramite rapido y seguro. Aceptan tarjeta de credito/debito, efectivo y transferencia para pagar. No se pueden mas estrellas, definitivamente recomendado.
Excellent service from Jorge, Alonso and Diana. They give you the best price, very fair, and they don't ask for millions of guarantees in exchange. The cars are in excellent condition and the service is wonderful. They deliver and pick up the car wherever you indicate and they do the process quickly and safely. They accept credit/debit card, cash and transfer to pay. You can't get more stars, definitely recommended.
Confirmed car rental several times, car was not available ruining our vacation agenda. Jorge was the employee we dealt with. We do not recommend this place, there arent any guarantees. Credit card info was provided now I will be on alert. Tourists beware!
Auto no garantisado! Confirman varias veces y uno planea confiando que Jorge con Jet cumplira. Si no le dan el pago inmediato el auto no rentan. Son mentirosos, desconfiados y no les importa si interfirieron en los planes de uno. Yo no recomiendo a Jorge con Jet.
Car not guaranteed! They confirm several times and one plans, trusting that Jorge and Jet will comply. If they don't give you immediate payment, they don't rent the car. They are liars, distrustful and don't care if they interfered with one's plans. I do not recommend Jorge with Jet.
Excelente servicio, mucho mejor que en cualquier otra cadena. Puntualidad, comunicacion, precio, atencion, calidad y estado del automovil, todo muy bien. Cada que vaya para alla los contratare.

Excelente servicio. Lo unico malo es que no lo puedo poner mas estrellas al servicio que brindan. Me recibieron en el aeropuerto, en menos de 10 minutos hicimos el pago y el papeleo. Sin rollos, no te hacen perder tu tiempo. La devolucion fue en 60 segundos o menos. El carro super limpio, sin detalles mecanicos. Diana y Jorge super amables, atentos y disponibles para cualquier duda. Definitivamente volvere a rentar con ellos.
Excellent service. The only bad thing is that I can't give more stars to the service they provide. They met me at the airport, in less than 10 minutes we made the payment and paperwork. No fuss, they don't waste your time. The return was in 60 seconds or less. The car is super clean, without mechanical details. Diana and Jorge are super friendly, attentive and available for any questions. I will definitely rent from them again.
