The service was fair and professional and the price was amazing, it was a great rate. I booked through rentalcars.com and learned ahead of time about the full insurance (booked in advance) and the deposit charge (released when I returned the car). You do get what you pay for: the cars are not new, the location is basic and the car I received had its fair share of scratches and dings. On the other hand, I needed a cheap and cheerful large car for a low price, and that is what I got.

This is the BEST car rental experience I have had... EVER. Juan is an honest, fair businessman who gives honest prices without any hidden insurance fees. I had absolutely no issues whatsoever, and would rent from him every day of the week! The same cannot be said for the surrounding rental companies that lie about and hide the thousands of dollars they want you to pay for insurance.

WARNING! WARNING! Scam artists. BE AWARE. Do not rent from this place. After finding an incredible price online, I had fully prepaid for my car reservation (including full insurance) through Expedia). The first sign that something was wrong was that the company name in my reservation (Flexways) did not match any of the dealers on sight at the airport. After much asking around, I was told that it was the same as another company (America Car Rental, which is also called Infinity Rental). THREE DIFFERENT NAMES. You go figure!!! When I arrived to pick up the car, they said that the insurance I had obtained only covered the bare basics required by the government (not a full cover, despite me showing them that it said it was fully covered). According to them, this insurance worked through a claim system. If I had an accident or something happened to the car, I would be charged fully for the cost, and then, I would have to file a claim with Expedia. After arguing back and forth for half an hour, I basically had two options, buy additional insurance with them for another $400 or leave a deposit of $5000 with my credit card, and if anything happened to the car, I was fully responsible for it! In addition, I had reserved a mid-size SUV (Hyunday Tucson), but the only car they had for me was a Chinese Changan branded car that looks like a cheap and very compact SUV. This car is definitely cheaper and of substandard quality. It struggles to accelerate when you floor it. I ultimately had to accept their terms and get it, as this was going to be my source of transportation for the 10 days I was here and did not want to loose the money I had already prepaid and invested in it. I was extremely disappointed with these thieves, as in my previous visits to Merida, I've never encountered these issues.

Juan became a brother. His employees are amazing. He has the best service and deals in Merida. I wouldn't deal with any other place. Thank you Juan for everything. If you value fairness, honesty and integrity; rent from here.

Juan and Maria are the best! Although the class of vehicle we reserved wasn't available upon our arrival due to mechanical issues, the team at Infinity worked hard to make everything right. Their exceptional customer service more than made up for the slight inconvenience. Friendly, helpful people providing a trust-worthy service without all the hassle that you typically experience at the "big name" car rental companies in Mexico. Would definitely rent from them again upon return to the Merida area.

I had a great experience renting from Infinity Car Rental Merida. 3 days, from 30.12. 2023 to 2.1. 2024. The car was as described, clean, fully functional and almost new. The price was very competitive, the same goes for the insurance that needs to be added locally when renting in Mexico. And the service at the desk couldn't have been better: very clear and competent, friendly and with a smile from both Mary and Juan. I'll go back to Infinity if/when I rent again, and can thoroughly recommend this agency in Merida.

My wife and I have rented from them a couple of times within the last month. The first time it was for 9 days and the second time just 2 days. Both times Mary and Juan Rodarte were extremely helpful and very professional. We appreciated the friendliness and tips. The cars worked really well and were exactly what we expected. We will definitely be renting from here again!
