Hola, pues despues de leer un monton de comentarios malos, he de decir que yo he tenido un coche de alquiler durante cuatro dias y no he tenido problema alguno, de ningun tipo. Los chicos de la oficina de Merida todo genial. Y ademas....... Tambien me gustaria destacar que igual que se escriben las malas experiencias tambien deberian de escribirse las buenas. Yo no he tenido ningun problema y si necesito otro vehiculo sin duda volvere a repetir. Gracias y espero que esto ayude a las personas que solo miran las resenas. Un saludo.

Incompetentes y cero responsabilidad. El martes pasado reserve una furgoneta para una mudanza, movilice a media familia, bloquee media calle para poder realizarla y contrate a una persona para que me ayudara. El viernes me llaman y me dicen que no van a tener vehiculo para mi, que la unica solucion es darme una a las 12:00, cosa que no es mi problema siendo una empresa grande intentas buscar una solucion. Me desplazo de mi pueblo a Merida y me comentan que puede que a las doce no esten, que es una devolucion y no me aseguran hora de llegada. Espero y espero hasta que decido decirles que me cancelen la reserva. A parte de que el dinero de cancelacion y del deposito te lo devuelven a los 10/11 dias. Nada que decir sobre el chico que me atendio que no era su culpa, pero la empresa en si son unos irresponsables con muy poca responsabilidad ni humana ni laboral. Nunca mas! Y no contesteis de manera automatica y con links que dan error, por que lo unico que haceis es enfadar mas al cliente!

De juzgado de guardia. Como a tantos otros justo cuando iba a recoger el vehiculo me llaman que no tienen ninguno disponible. Y por respuesta nada en concreto, que si a mediodia que si por la tarde.... Me pongo a mirar las resenas y veo que es algo comun por lo que me busco otra opcion deprisa y corriendo y por suerte la encontre. En este sitio me comentaron que ya les habian venido varios clientes rebotados de enterprise. Total que evidentemente nadie me ha llamado.... No entiendo como pueden obrar de esta manera con total impunidad.

Mi experiencia no puede ser peor, me entregan un coche SIN LIMPIAR, luego me dicen que no me devuelven el dia no disfrutado, habiendome dicho que si lo hacian, y ahora me cobran 40 euros por 9 litros de menos de gasolina, perdona???? No me lo.podias avisar cuando lo deje. Me parece vergonzoso de verdad, un servicio pesimo!!! Y no me digais que os mande un feedback del tema, molestaros en llamarme que teneis mis datos en la.oficina de Merida

Pongo una estrella por que no puedo poner menos. Son unos irresponsables cara duras y estafadores. Te meten danos a tu cuenta que tu no has hecho, venia ya el dano del cliente anterior. Te cobran una cuantia super alta e inadecuada y se limpian las manos. Una experiencia fatal , no lo recomiendo para nada! SON UNOS LADRONES
