Rentamos (en Merida)con tarjeta de debito, $900 x dia y un deposito de $3mil . Nos entregaron el vehiculo en el hotel donde nos hospedamos y lo regresamos en sus oficinas frente al aeropuerto ( nos acercaron con nuestras maletas para abordar el vuelo). Una experiencia muy buena, sin letras chiquitas ni trampas, buen trato . Atendieron a todas nuestras dudas.
We rent (in Merida) with a debit card, $900 per day and a deposit of $3 thousand. They delivered the vehicle to us at the hotel where we stayed and we returned it to their offices in front of the airport (they brought us with our suitcases to board the flight). A very good experience, without fine print or traps, good treatment. They answered all our questions.

Buen servicio. Muy amables las chicas de mostrador y personal de taller. Estan ubicados justo saliendo del aeropuerto, por la calle principal. Tuve un detalle con una unidad, regrese a que revisaran el auto y sin problema lo cambiaron por otro. Si volveria a rentar con ellos en mi proximo viaje a Merida.
Good service. The girls at the counter and workshop staff were very friendly. They are located just outside the airport, on the main street. I had a problem with a unit, I went back to have the car inspected and they changed it for another one without any problem. If I would rent with them again on my next trip to Merida.

I want to share my experience with everyone reading this about Chichen Mid car rental, in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico. This place, although small and secluded, has always taken care of our needs professionally and promptly. They are located close to the airport and next to Europcar rental. We love the customer service, punctuality and people person attitude. They were recommended to us last year, and we have used them ever since.
