Great experience, after doing a bit of research. Beel delivered in every way. Pricing was good. Used WhatsApp a couple of times for communication, and they were quick and responsive. Eddie and Richardo (I think) both communicated well and answered our questions. Drop off was a breeze because I texted ahead and Eddie came out quickly to get the car. It costed us around 1000 pesos per day ($55USD), together with the insurance. No hidden fees, no mileage cap if you rent for more than one day. Like many other cautious renters, we were apprehensive about the deposit requirement of 10,000 pesos. I had heard numerous stories about rental scams in Mexico, where people struggle to get their deposits refunded and face frustrating battles with their banks to reverse the transaction. To our relief, we received the full deposit back just a few days after returning the car. The service was good, very friendly and patient. This is a great service to use if you need to rent a car in Merida!

The price was very reasonable and included insurance, we paid exactly what we were quoted and got our security deposit back very soon after returning the car. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. We received a pretty much brand new car, clean and in great condition. Communication to arrange pick up and drop off was also very easy. Would definitely recommend hiring a car from Beel Car instead of the larger companies that you'll find at the airport, much better value and service.

Rented a car on two separate days and it was very convenient. They gave me decent Toyota Avanza (SUV) on both days, which was convenient for the countryside dirt roads. The staff was nice. The price was good. They provided a digital copy of payments and invoices. It was very easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp during the rental to communicate drop off location and time.

Summary: Reliable, fiable, zuverlassig, Ke Kao De , Confiable. I rented a Toyota Avanza in perfect conditions, which made so enjoyable our family trip. Beel's car rental may not be a "big multinational player", but they deliver. Additionally, their team was proactive and patient in solving my doubts (which were a lot). Price-Value Ratio was in my view reasonable, and the car return took place without any problems. After a few days, my deposit was returned to my credit card as agreed. I would rent there again, and recommend it.

We brought it back on the appointed day as and simply returned it.
