I had a good experience with Europcar at Mahon airport. The staff was very kind and accurate in giving us information. The transaction was fair and we hadn't received any unexpected costs. The vehicle was new and in very good condition. The return operation was fast and smooth. Europcar rent is absolutely recommended!
I rented a car between 1st - 8th september. Due to my very early morning flight back to home, I returned the car to airport return parking before Europcar offices opened and I put the key into the box on 8th september. 2 days past, I still did not receive an invoice for this rent from Europcar and the reserved deposit still has not been cancelled in my credit card. Already sent a request to Europcar Spain. Update: I received the invoice after 4 days. Other than this problem, all rental process was really nice and smooth, therefore I changed my stars from 1 to 4.
Great experience, the staff were lovely at the Menorca airport pick up and drop off. I was offered an automatic car instead and it was free of charge which helped tremendously as it was our first time driving abroad. At pick up I had to leave a EUR500 euro safety net sort of thing with them and once I brought the car back with zero scratches or issues I had it back within 48 hours.
Correct b2c service. Pickup and drop off went very smoothly and fast. As there was no damage - no issues were identified. Thank you Europcar team!
All great! Please don't do any insurance online with third parties as Europcar won't recognise it and will ask you to do one with them, so just rent the car and make the insurance with them when you pick it up so you don't have to pay twice, or assume the cost of an accident if happens and wait months for the third party company to pay it back to you! All went smoothly and easy! They reviewed the car as soon as I came back and all very simple.
Had a trouble free experience renting with Europcar in Menorca. The booth is right at the exit of the airport, extremely convenient. Mateo our advisor was very charismatic, gave us trips on our trip, offered us many upgrades but wasn't pushy. The car provided was a brand new KIA Sportage, it was the perfect car to drive around the beautiful island and its winding roads. The drop off was easy and we could do it alone and we finally received the confirmation that the car was 100% okay. I will definitely rent with Europcar again

Trouble free booking, vehicle and return without any issues. Booking was not pre-arranged and vehicle was luckily available at the time of arrival. Counter staff at the airport and drop-off were friendly and helpful. Europcar loyalty program membership offered a discount upon payment. Vehicle was in mostly good condition, short of a few scratches and wear and tear. Recommended and would use again!
