Todo super rapido, gran equipo de profesionales, en media hora llame, me acerque a sus instalaciones y estaba ya todo preparado, gracias a su rapidez pudimos recoger con una furgoneta mas amplia mas alimentos y productos de limpieza para afectados de la Dana en Valencia.

Me siento enganado y muy decepcionado. Alquilo una furgoneta para dos dias con un maximo de 1600 km. Por 190 EUR y una fianza de 150 EUR. La devuelvo solo una hora mas tarde por culpa de la lluvia y cual es mi sorpresa que al paso de unos dias el banco me avisa de que me han cobrado 95 EUR por esta empresa, les llamo y me dicen que es por devolver el vehiculo una hora mas tarde. Pero no tienen suficiente con esto que cuando me hacen la devolucion de la fianza en vez de 150 EUR me devuelven solo 75 EUR. Les llamo y me dicen que es por devolver el vehiculo con el deposito de combustible vacio, siendo incierto porque antes de devolver el vehiculo en la gasolinera justo al lado de la empresa llene el deposito. Lo cierto es que que me han timado pero bien.

The truth is that they have scammed me but good.

Hasta hoy, he tenido dos experiencias con ellos. La primera.... bien, pero con algun "pero" debido a que estaban en proceso de mudanza, etc... Hoy, he tenido la segunda experiencia. Me han dado una furgoneta completamente nueva. Ademas, se han portado de maravilla por circunstancias que han surgido. Nos han cobrado lo estipulado y en 10 minutos ya habian ordenado la devolucion de la fianza. En menos de una semana quiza necesite otra y no lo voy a dudar. Ademas, tengo pendiente un tema (que no depende directamente de mi) y ya recomende esta empresa para alquilar dos vehiculos de pasajeros. Y la gente que trabaja alli, nos ha dado un trato sensacional. La verdad es que creo que forman un gran equipo.
