Alquilamos un coche la semana pasado por 2 dias. Ester nos atendio muy cordialmente. Lamentablemente no recibimos el servicio contratado, me entregaron un vehiculo que no estaba en condiciones, sin potencia y con el service pendiente. Tuvimos que hacer malabares para hacerlo funcionar. Al devolverlo contamos lo sucedido y solo "lo lameno". Todavia esperamos alguna disculpa formal y alguna compensacion. No recibimos lo pagado. No es lo que esperamos de una empresa al contratar un servicio
We rented a car last week for 2 days. Ester treated us very cordially. Unfortunately we did not receive the contracted service, they gave me a vehicle that was not in condition, without power and with pending service. We had to juggle to make it work. When we returned it we told what happened and I just "sorry about it." We are still waiting for some formal apology and some compensation. We do not receive what we paid. It is not what we expect from a company when hiring a service

EXPERIENCIA FATAL!!!! son unos estafadores acabo de dejar un coche que les alquilao el viernes pasado asta manana Esta manana habia estirado la reserva asta el sabado xk el mio me decia mi mecanico que no estaria asta el viernes, noticia para mi que el mio me an llamado hoy que ya lo tenia pues no me an devuelto el dinero de haberlo reservado asta el sabado, si lo se les devuelvo el coche a 0 de gasoil, para la proxima no conteis conmigo!!!!!
FATAL EXPERIENCE!!!! They are scammers. I just left a car that I rented from them last Friday until tomorrow. Location de voiture pour le 23 aout 2024 a Mataro, je choisis une location citadine pour le prix par rapport au concurrent 187EUR pour 6 jours. Le debut de ma location est a 12h00 sauf que les aleas des transports me font recuperer ma voiture a 14h30. Soit 2h30 plus tard. De la on m'informe que je ne peux plus louer la voiture, le contrat n'est plus le bon il faut changer. 150EUR de frais. Tout cela gerer en visio car personne du service location, mais un gentil jeune homme du garage pour faire l'interim. Bref bloque a Mataro, je repars 2h plus tard avec une voiture 2 fois plus cher. Le prix du service qui me fera alle chez un europcar ou Sixt, qui seront finalement pas plus cher, le service en plus. Pas merci. (J'anticipe la reponse, "oui mais vous avez eu une meilleure voiture", je ne voulais pas de meilleure voiture, je voulais ma citadine au prix convenu sur internet)
