Yo alquilaba con ellos cuando Enterprise y Ballesteros no tenian disponibilidad, ya que por precio son los mas caros de Mataro. Estoy enfadado porque me cobraron un dia mas 190 EUR por entregarlo 2 horas mas tarde (hasta ahi correcto) pero luego no me dejaron disponer del vehiculo hasta el dia siguiente que me vencian las 24 horas de alquiler que me cobraron. Yo creo que al ser un cliente habitual que llevo alquilando desde hace muchos, podrian haber tenido el detalle de no cobrarme el dia de mas ya que no habia ningun cliente esperando ese vehiculo. Por cosas asi se pierden clientes. Y decirles que me arrepiento de haber recomendado Marthe a tanta gente. Saludos.
I rented with them when Enterprise and Ballesteros did not have availability, since by price they are the most expensive in Mataro. I'm angry because they charged me one more day EUR190 for delivering it 2 hours later (so far correct) but then they didn't let me have the vehicle until the next day when the 24 hour rental they charged me expired. I think that being a regular customer who has been renting for many years, they could have had the detail of not charging me the extra day since there were no customers waiting for that vehicle. Customers are lost because of things like this. And tell you that I regret having recommended Marthe to so many people. Greetings.

Atencion increible y muy amable. Se nos habia roto nuestra furgo y con la desesperacion que teniamos, nos atendieron de lujo, entendiendo nuestro problema, siempre ayudando a encontra la mejor manera de solucionarlo.
Incredible and very friendly attention. Our van had broken down and with the desperation we had, they treated us wonderfully, understanding our problem, always helping us find the best way to solve it.

Alquilamos un coche el sabado 26 de junio por la manana, despues de haber tenido una averia con nuestro coche en la autopista. La atencion SUPER BUENA por parte del chico que estaba ese dia. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que nos rallaran el coche, y nos cobraron muy poco (que conociendo como funcionan los rent a car es de agradecer!!)
We rented a car on Saturday morning, June 26, after having a breakdown with our car on the highway. SUPER GOOD attention from the guy who was there that day. We were unlucky enough to have our car scratched, and they charged us very little (which knowing how rent a car works is appreciated!!)
