Excellent service. In the past we have had some horrible stories with renting cars, when we turn up they make you pay all sorts of secret costs. Here, it was the opposite. Everything very clear and very professional and very reasonable prices too. We rented for a few days and it was incredibly easy. Thank you!
Clean, small but airconditioned office with a large car parking. Return of my rental car was handled correctly by an enthusiastic, friendly but strict Europcar representative.
Absolutely horrible attitude. I arrived thinking they close at 8 when they close at 7. I arrived at 659 and was told they are closed. "Come back tomorrow at 9!" They would not even take a yes/no question. Super rude and shooed me out to lock the gate even after I told him ( in Spanish) that I walked 30 min to arrive and just had questions. Poor poor customer service. I was polite enough to take out my earbuds you could give me the last 60 seconds of the work day. At least you referred me to Enterprise who will now get my 21 day rental.
