Atrocious experience. They ruined our plans for a road trip and significantly disrupted our wedding planning efforts. We arrived in the morning shortly after opening to pick up the automatic transmission car we had booked months ago, only to be informed that they didn't have any available. We told them multiple times the driver can't drive manual, that manual driving is not a thing in Australia, but they kept insisting on that option. Our reservation was for just one day, and no alternatives were offered except to wait and hope that a car would arrive later in the afternoon. We won't be using this company again, especially after seeing they don't have contingency plans when something goes wrong.

The manager Ignacio is the worst worker you could hire for client-facing job. We booked an automatic car online, paid in advance, came to this place and were waiting for 1 hour for our queue (even we had an exact time of pick up scheduled). After that he started to take our info, making some unnecessary comments about our passports and country of origin (treating us we are going to steal a car). When everything was done, he casually says !HE DOESNT HAVE THE CAR! We booked automatic car for a reason, how is it possible that they didn't call us in advance to tell they don't have it? The response from Ignacio was that he does his job perfectly and if we want to complain we should contact the company. He didn't even say sorry, he was extremely rude. We requested our money back, and now we need to wait 10 days for getting them, but he didn't even want to give us a receipt or any confirmation that we will get the money. We asked to do so, he kept being very rude. Summarizing: we lost 2 hours, we lost EUR230 euros, we didn't get the car, and we were shocked by the treatment this Ignacio gave us. The worst experience.

OVER A MONTH TO RETURN THE RESERVATION PAYMENT customer service doesn't care and they throw you away sending you from number to number while no one can answer simple questions!!!Only works for citizens, you can reserve and have the money but they won't give the car if you are too international I guess... Time wasting. . Brands like these won't exist in 5 years.

The staff were really nice, but we paid for an automatic and then weren't informed that there were not any available until we got there, then we were downgraded to a manual for more expensive that was shown on their website. After we started driving, we realised the petrol tank was only 70% full, but the policy was full-to-full. So we had to pay more to fill the car up to avoid the fees. Obvious there was a lot of organisational issues going on.

We reserved a car for Saturday pickup with another agency and they closed early and left us with no car for the weekend. Mohammed, an employee from Enterprise saw our problem, opened up the office for us (Enterprise had just closed a few minutes earlier) and rented us a car matching the price we had with the other company (over 50% off) to make sure we our weekend wasn't ruined. He went out of his way, above and beyond, to make sure me and my family had a great experience. The car was fantastic and the return was too. Can't top the customer service (the other employees were also extremely helpful and kind).

We take it and return it on Monday, When they returned it, an incredible inspection, almost CSI, with mirrors to see the ceiling, underneath... things that they didnt even look at when they left, Oh!! a blow on the bottom, on the side, as if hit from below. We tell them that it is not possible with a transport of bicycles on the highway that should already be there, because that area had the plastics on the side recently changed and painted just like they repair... there were remains of painters tape still stuck on the headlight and door. The shit is that we didnt take photos, why? They have looked at it and you have all-risk insurance. .. Unfortunately the insurance doesnt cover the bass, wow, thats bad luck. Alquilamos una furgoneta, tipica blanca industrial para un transporte de bicicletas, bien facil.. al llegar, la revisan, pero muy por encima, sin incidir demasiado en ningun detalle, son furgonetas que sino es que te toca la nueva .. estan que se caen a pedazos, y bueno son para lo que son, hasta aqui, piensas que es lo que hay y ya. te sugieren el seguro adicional, aqui empieza su estrategia que ya se huele a la legua. ok, cogemos el seguro por aquello de que no me endosen nada. + 250 aprox, pero ok. la llevamos y la devolvemos el lunes, al devolverla, una inspeccion increible, casi CSI, con espejos para ver techo, por debajo.. cosas que al salir ni miraron, vaya!! un golpe en los bajos, en el lateral, como impactado por debajo. les decimos que no es posible con un transporte de bicicletas por la autopista que ya debia estar, porque esa zona tenia los plasticos del lateral cambiados reciente mente y pintado asi como reparan ellos.. quedaban restos de cinta de pintor aun pegados en el faro y puerta. la cagada es que no hicimos fotos, para que? se la han mirado y tienes el seguro todo riesgo. .. juuuustamente los bajos no los cubre el seguro, vaya, ya es mala suerte. despues de dos horas de mi tiempo y viendo que no tienen mas argumentos que decirte que es lo que hay y que te lo comes.. te dicen que bueno que lo repararan y te diran el importe para devolverte el resto de la fianza que habian sido 1100 porque basicamente la reparacion era enderezar ese nervio metalico que hay debajo.. y que por si no lo sabes , no lo van a reparar , hasta que hayan cobrado la misma parte a 10 personas, y lo digo porque sino la furgo no estaria como esta, de golpes por todos lados. por el camino en autopista dio fallo de motor y no pasaba de 80, que es muy agradable ir por la autopista a 80 y no saber si va a llegar arriba de las subidas, y mira , esto, siendo tolerante y entendedor aceptas que no es algo tan facil de preveer y no le das mas importancia. que se le va a hacer, es una furgo industrial hecha una porqueria y ya. el tema acaba en que te cobran el alquiler de los dos dias 300 aprox sumas el seguro para ir tranquilos 250 se quedan la fianza ENTERA de 1100 para una cosa que ni van a reparar. 1550 alquilar una furgoneta en Enterprise Mataro. casi parece que te la hayas comprado. todo lo que suma de los 300 iniciales , UNA ESTAFA. solo hace falta ver que tienen los despachos llenos de pizarritas de estas de flipado de wallstreet en plan objetivos de cuanto van a vender este mes.. si entiendes que en el alquiler en si, no deben tener margen, ahora ya sabes lo que significa Vender.. mil ojos, haz videos y fotos porque te la cuelan.
