Super descontentos con la jugarreta que hace esta empresa, que le dejas reservada una furgoneta te organizas pierdes tu dinero y tu tiempo y cuando vas a por la furgoneta te dicen que la han entregado a otra persona que a llegado antes que tu. Trato nefasto al cliente y no te Dan solucion alguna.
Super dissatisfied with the trick that this company plays, that you reserve a van for them, you organize yourself, you lose your money and your time and when you go to get the van they tell you that they have given it to another person who arrived before you. Disastrous customer treatment and they don't give you any solution.
Bonjour, Nous avons loue un fourgon de 12 m3 pour un demenagement dans les Pyrenees. La location s'est faite via internet puis j'ai ete mis en relation avec M. Mauro. Il s'est charge de nous modifier le camion par un plus adapte a notre transport et a la distance. Tout s'est tres bien passe et les conseil de circulation donnes par Mauro nous ont ete tres benefiques. Camion puissant et bien entretenu. Merci encore a Mauro, nous reviendrons. Cordialement.
Good morning, We rented a 12 m3 van for a move to the Pyrenees. The rental was done via the internet then I was put in contact with Mr. Mauro. He was responsible for modifying the truck for us with one more suited to our transport and the distance. Everything went very well and the traffic advice given by Mauro was very beneficial to us. Powerful and well maintained truck. Thanks again to Mauro, we will be back. Sincerely.

A good choice for renting vehicles. Large fleet of vans of different sizes. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Fast registration. I sat down and went to transport what I needed.
Furgoneta en mal estado. Reservamos una furgoneta fuimos a recogerla y una vez pagada y hechos todos los tramites es cuando la vimos. Parecia que se habia caido por un precipicio de los golpes que llevaba. Pero teniamos un viaje previsto ya y debiamos salir. Lo peor es que la puerta de atras estaba tan golpeada que no cerraba bien y se encendia el piloto de puerta abierta constantemente, con lo que no se podia usar el cierre centralizado y la furgoneta se quedaba abierta. Esto empezo a hacerlo al poco de salir. Motor bien, tamano bien, precio SI hubiera estado en condiciones bien, pero en ese estado a mi entender era demasiado caro, unos 180 euros de un sabado para el siguiente. Atencion correcta pero muy lenta, ya que mostrador habia solo una persona tomando todos los datos a pesar de tener la reserva y eramos varias personas a recoger furgonetas. Para no repetir. Van in poor condition. We reserved a van, we went to pick it up and once it was paid for and all the paperwork was done, that's when we saw it. It seemed like he had fallen off a cliff from the blows he sustained. But we already had a trip planned and we had to leave. The worst thing is that the back door was so banged that it didn't close properly and the door open light came on constantly, so the central locking couldn't be used and the van stayed open. He started doing this shortly after leaving. Good engine, good size, price IF it would have been in good condition, but in that condition in my opinion it was too expensive, about 180 euros from one Saturday to the next. Correct attention but very slow, since there was only one person at the counter taking all the information despite having the reservation and there were several of us picking up vans. To not repeat. Una empresa incompetente. Quedaron en devolverme el dinero por rotura de dos furgonetas. 9 meses sin solucion. Timadores a tope. Ni se os ocurra alquilar aqui nada. Hice reclamacion con papeles de la Generalitat y no sirve para nada, sin contestacion. Timadores profesionales
An incompetent company. They agreed to refund my money for breaking two vans. 9 months without solution. Extreme scammers. Don't even think about renting anything here. I made a claim with papers from the Generalitat and it is useless, without a response. Professional scammers
We have hired vans from this company twice now in the last month or so and have been really pleased with the service and quality of the vans. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful particularly as we don't yet speak Spanish. Our deposits have been refunded straight in to our bank account. We will certainly use again and can highly recommend.
The only downside to this place was the 1hour delay at reception, when I booked online for a 9am pickup I thought I would be out before 10.15am but I will use them again but me more aware of their poor timing.
If you need a big van (furgoneta), they've got all the big vans and they're very helpful!
