Bin uber Maps auf diesen Vermieter gestossen und es war ein Gluckgriff! Auto per Kontaktforular online angefragt, noch am gleichen Tag kam eine Bestatigung-Mail mit Preisbestatigung und Ablaufvorschlag. Und wie angekundigt war am nachsten Morgen, 09:00Uhr, mein Mietauto am Hotel. Vertrag unterschrieben, bezahlt und los ging es. Keine Kaution und keine SB, alle Versicherungen incl. zu einem fairen Preis. Ausserdem war es auch mein gewunschter Fiat 500, mit 65000km und ein paar kleinen Macken, aber sauber, optisch und technisch topfit. Werde beim nachsten Urlaub hier in Maspalomas wieder ein Auto von Tropical-Car (Lucasrent) nehmen!!
I came across this landlord via Maps and it was a stroke of luck! I requested the car online using the contact form and received a confirmation email on the same day with price confirmation and a suggested procedure. And as announced, my rental car was at the hotel the next morning at 9:00 a.m. Signed the contract, paid and off we went. No deposit and no self-service, all insurance included at a fair price. It was also the Fiat 500 I wanted, with 65,000 km and a few small flaws, but clean, visually and technically in top shape. I will take a car from Tropical-Car (Lucasrent) again on my next vacation here in Maspalomas!!
Ausgezeichneter Service und sehr faire Preise! Der Kontakt war super, und wie im Voraus per E-Mail vereinbart, wurden wir direkt am Hotel abgeholt. Am Abreisetag konnten wir den Autoschlussel einfach an der Hotelrezeption hinterlegen, und das Auto wurde problemlos abgeholt. Der gemietete Fiat war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Fur unseren nachsten Gran-Canaria-Urlaub wissen wir bereits, wo wir buchen werden!
Excellent service and very fair prices! The contact was great, and as agreed in advance by email, we were picked up directly at the hotel. On the day of departure, we were able to simply leave the car key at the hotel reception and the car was picked up without any problems. The rented Fiat was in perfect condition. We already know where we will book for our next Gran Canaria vacation!

Das war genau so, wie man es sich wunscht. Spontan online die Anfrage gestellt, Ruckruf kam schnell, alles geklart und das gewunschte Auto Sonntags am Hotel erhalten. Ruckgabe lauft auch uber das Hotel, Schlussel an der Rezeption abgegeben und das war es. Alles perfekt....Danke
It was exactly what you wanted. Spontaneously made the request online, got a call back quickly, everything was sorted out and the car I wanted was received at the hotel on Sunday. Return is also done through the hotel, key handed in at reception and that's it. Everything perfect...thank you
EUR40 for 24hrs EUR50 deposit. Perfect no nonsense and you don't get scammed like every were else around there.

Absolutely brilliant service from Kurl. Quick completion of paperwork - cash or debit card accepted. 2 free child seats which he fitted for us and also a sat nav. Car was clean and full of fuel on collection - you just return it full. Good price - 85 euros for 3 days for a small car - would definitely use again!
