FRAUDS!!! During my holiday on August I have rented a car for a few days. I took out full insurance. I paid in cash on the spot but after that I had to provide a credit card number. Everything was okey,I returned the car undamaged in perfect state. After that nobody from car rent raised any objections. Two weeks after coming back home, I have noticed that they had charged 230 euros from my credit card!!! It is called-THEFT!!! I wrote several emails and mamy times tried to call to the boss but without any answers and explanations. This car rent is a FRAUDS!!! People don't use their service of these scammers!

He tenido que alquilar un coche por una semana y sin duda volvere a repetir cuando sea la ocasion despues de intentar alquilar un coche en varias companias tras largas esperas. Encontre esta y la verdad precio justo y el trato con la empresa genial. Y sobre todo lo que mas me gusto fue que el coche era nuevo (parecia que estrenaba coche ) y ademas super limpio y facilidades de entrega y recogida. Os lo recomiendo si buscais una empresa de alquiler de coches en gran canaria sin duda volvere a repetir!!! 100% seria y fiable!!!

I returned the car without any damage. Nobody raised any objections. A week after I got home I found that they had charged 230 Euro from my credit card! I wrote e-mails and called without any response or explanation. People, do not use the services of these thieves and scammers.

All was perfect. Economic ,clean cars renault clio and fiat with good engines,nice and helpful contact. Free second driver ,ful insurance .Thanks and see you.

Renting the car went well but after driving barely 10-20 km to a beach during the day and that we refueled for 15euro at the end of the day. After we returned the car, it had more petrol than we got it. But the next day we got an invoice of 15 euros when they thought it was too little petrol. I sent picture before and after on the petrol meter but they still deducted 15 euros from my account. Will not rent Saray rent a car again.
