This Company is a fraud. They sell themselves on DoyouSpain and it looks cheap. When you go to collect the car they ask you for 170 euros more and plus 600 euros. They blame the broker and don't take responsibilities. It's fraud.

Called into Orlando because it was across the road from our hotel. I requested a car that was big enough for five adults and had Android Auto. They recommended the Citroen C4. Twenty minutes later, I was leaving with the car reserved for the following three days. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the car was nice to drive and in good condition, and the cost of hire was excellent value. All in the cost of hire was EUR136 which did include insurance. They did not require a credit card for security. I would recommend Orlando to anyone and will be using them again myself next time I'm in the area.

This is my second time using their services and first time I use it at Gran Canaria. I made reservation online, went there and for 5 minutes we had the car (Citroen C3). I used Revolut card for the payment without a problem. Car was clean, smell good, drive good. We had second driver for free and cheap full protection. Location of the company makes it so easy to take the car and bring it back. Not a single problem at all. Giving the car back was literally for 1 minute. Do not hasitate to use them!

Very helpful and easy to book a car. Book directly with them on their website and pay for fully comp insurance when you pick the car up. We paid online and found that we had to pay again when picking up the car. Online insurance is OK but Orlando take 750 euros from your credit card which is instantly released when you take the car back. However if you have an accident they hold the cash and you have to claim to get the money back. Orlando charged 32 euro and no card required. Staff said to book directly with them to save money. Cars available for 29 euros a day. May get a better deal if you book a few weeks in advance we hired 2 days before.

Good service and value for money. Their offices are well placed for visitors and seem to have a good selection of cars. The fully inclusive insurance had a very cheap daily rate, but, I could not find out exactly what was included. Probably me being incompetent! Only complaint was it was a tough job to park the car on return, so leave plenty of time for a parking sweat! Plenty of garages nearby to top up with fuel, usual contract is to return with same amount of fuel, hopefully not 'fumes' as that could be annoying, as you picked it up with.

Beware of insurance scams! We booked a car through check24 for 170 including full insurance cover. We couldnt pick up the car on site because the VISA card (debit) wasnt accepted to block the 600 security. The security sum offered in cash was also not accepted. Instead, we had to pay another 130 for a second insurance policy for the car that was already insured. Ultimately we canceled it for 40. We come here every year and have never had any problems with the security amount via VISA debit.

Rented a car for one day through C****24 for around 22. I was assigned a Fiat 500L with around 58,000 km. The car had a few scratches when I picked it up, which I documented myself with my cell phone camera. The tank was full. There were no problems with the friendly lady when returning it. The deposit should be credited promptly. Update will follow as soon as there are any changes. I can currently highly recommend the company! Update: The deposit has been properly released.

The service was very friendly and pleasant. Since the vehicles are not on site, they are picked up first, so there is a short waiting time, but you dont have to walk to any parking lot and only see the vehicle there, you can check it directly in front of the rental station if something is wrong . The vehicle was technically OK but had no navigation system and Android Auto could not be used either. The price is completely okay.

Very bad experience with this rental company. As soon as we arrived, we were confronted with an unpleasant attitude from the staff, more interested in putting pressure on us to take out additional insurance than in our satisfaction. The scooter was in very poor condition, worn, with an oil light on when starting, which caused serious concerns throughout the rental period. In addition, we had to fight to get the top case that we had paid extra for, and the paperwork, although already provided, was a real headache. In short, the administrative complexity and lack of professionalism made this experience extremely frustrating. Getting this scooter was almost as complicated as adopting a child. Absolutely avoid.

TO FLEE. I dont recommend it at all. Having rented via an intermediary on the internet with full coverage, locally at Orlando they practice what I call forced sales. To make up for the low price paid to the intermediary, they force you either 1. to pay the lleno-vacillo at 80 for my vehicle (Megane), you return the vehicle with an empty tank, so very expensive to fill it all up with an excess of 1500 , or 2. you pay full coverage locally 75 without excess but you return the vehicle with a full tank. It is an impossible forced sale not to take out additional insurance and return the vehicle with a full tank.
