They do not accept American Express and then charge you a hefty fee as full cover insurance if you do not have any other credit cards. They do not accept debit cards as alternative. Cars are if ok standard. The staff are very abrupt and rude. They don't give proper answers to any questions. On return, the lady was so rude - and all we wanted to know was whether we had fueled up enough (they don't work on full tank basid). wonder how she got into customer service!

Second time here, and I would rent a car the third time here too. We have get a new VW Polo with only 6000 km for two days with full insurance for a very good price. The personal speeks english. We have reserved the car 2 days before we received it. No Problems.

We booked a rental car (Kia Rio) through Check 24 in Orlando for 6 days. Booking went smoothly and we didnt have to wait at all at the counter. The car was then in the underground car park and easy to find. The car was in very good condition inside and only had 24,000km on it. Our KIA even had Android Auto, which made navigating the island much easier. We were completely satisfied and would book a rental car in Orlando again via Check24.

We rented some bicycles, everything was very good until delivery, (the guy in the morning was charming) the problem was in the afternoon, there was a very bad-faced lady, despotic and super unpleasant. More care should be taken with this way of addressing customers, since on subsequent occasions we have gone somewhere else with unbeatable treatment.

We had a Kia for a week, which was new but had a little less horsepower and was equipped for the mountains. We had booked everything in advance with Check24 without any deductible. Orlando wasnt far from our accommodation and was easy to find. The car was in the underground car park below. We saved 12 euros every day because we got an exit ticket.

Everything was handled very well at the station in Meloneras. We had only booked the day before via Check24, but with all insurance. Thats probably why we got a brand new car. You pick up the car yourself from the underground car park and bring it back there. Maybe you should take a few photos beforehand. We had no complaints whatsoever. Nothing was blocked on our credit card either.

Twice we had a bad car that wasnt technically OK. Absolutely not recommended. There is also a very snippy lady at the counter, very unfriendly. Its better to pay a little more, but not get stuck in the mountains with a junk car.

We reserved a Polo there for 3 days via Check24. We had to wait a short time to pick it up because two other parties wanted to pick up their vehicle at the same time, but that wasnt a problem. The employee was very nice and spoke English very well. He showed us the way to the underground car park and from then on we were basically on our own. We were supposed to document the condition of the car well, so we took various photos and videos. The car itself had almost 100,000 km on the clock and therefore had some signs of wear such as dents, scratches etc. The interior was clean and the car drove quite well even in the mountains. The tank control was 3/8 full, which is a bit unusual, but not a problem. When we returned it, we left the key upstairs and the employee said that he would look at the car later and if nothing was seen, we would get the deposit back. Of course, we documented the car well beforehand, but then we didnt hear anything more from Orlando, so everything was fine. In fact, this ambiguity was a bit strange, but since nothing had happened to the car while we were using it, we were still relaxed. Overall, the prices were relatively cheap. We had previously taken out insurance through Check24, but it can still be done on site. We would definitely make a reservation there again next time we vacation in Meloneras. Clear recommendation.

Bei der Abholung mussten wir kurz warten, da zeitgleich zwei andere Parteien ihr Fahrzeug abholen wollten, was aber ja kein Problem ist. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und sprach sehr gut englisch. Er hat uns den Weg in die Tiefgarage gezeigt und ab dann waren wir quasi auf uns gestellt. Wir sollten den Zustand des Autos gut dokumentieren, haben also diverse Fotos und Videos gemacht. Der Wagen selbst hatte schon fast 100.000 km auf dem Tacho und daher einige Gebrauchsspuren wie Dellen, Kratzer etc. Im Innenraum war es aber sauber und der Wagen liess sich auch in den Bergen recht gut fahren. Tankregelung war 3/8 voll, was zwar etwas unublich ist, aber ja auch kein Problem. Bei der Ruckgabe haben wir den Schlussel oben abgegeben und der Mitarbeiter meinte, dass er sich den Wagen spater ansehen werde und falls nichts zu sehen ware, wurden wir die Kaution wiederbekommen. Wir haben das Auto vorher naturlich wieder gut dokumentiert, dann aber auch nichts mehr von Orlando gehort, demnach war alles in Ordnung. Tatsachlich war diese Unklarheit etwas komisch, da aber dem Wagen nichts passiert war wahrend unserer Nutzung war man trotzdem entspannt. Insgesamt waren die Preise verhaltnismassig gunstig. Eine Versicherung hatten wir vorher uber Check24 abgeschlossen, kann aber auch vor Ort noch erfolgen. Wir wurden auf jeden Fall wieder dort reservieren, wenn wir das nachste Mal in Meloneras Urlaub machen. Klare Empfehlung.
