Everything was very easy booking and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and accommodating. Only disappointment was we signed the contract and collected the car from the garage but on returning the garage exit card we were told that instead of having the car till eight the next morning we had to return the car by midnight. This meant we couldn't go to our planned sunrise spot the next day. We felt this was a bit unfair.

Rented a Toyota Aygo X. The car was clean inside and out with a full fuel tank, Had apple carplay, and android auto (wired only) decent price per day only EUR40 staff were friendly and informative. Would use Omega again.

This was the first time using their service, the young lady who assisted us was very helpful and she also spoke very proficient English, it was certainly better than my Spanish! We wanted a small car as it was only myself and my wife, sadly they were out of stock, she rang their other offices to source a small car, but in the end she offered us a larger car for less to get us mobile! The car was new and clean. We returned it 3 days later and handed the key back to another young lady staff member who was also a delight to deal with. I'd recommend and will reuse this company.

Excellent, fairly new rental car for a good price. The Dacia Sandero contains all the options you need, including Apple Carplay, air conditioning, etc. Pick-up and drop-off went smoothly and everything was clearly explained. If we go to Maspalomas again and want to rent a car, we will definitely go here again.

Friendly welcome and quick, efficient explanation and reservation of the car; easy to pick up in the parking garage opposite the Costa Meloneras hotel and return within 24 hours, even outside office hours! Nice reasonable price all inclusive, just fill up with fuel based on liters used. Definitely recommended.

Recently I spontaneously looked for a cheap car rental in Gran Canaria the evening before and came across Omega Rent in Meloneras. I booked a Class B car online and received confirmation quickly. However, the next morning it turned out that the friendly lady at the counter didnt know about my reservation. Despite this small misunderstanding, everything went smoothly. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, so I was able to rent a car without any problems. The service was really excellent and I felt well looked after. The rented car was in excellent condition - clean, well maintained and reliable. Thanks to Omega Rent I was able to spend a wonderful day in Gran Canaria and enjoy the island to the fullest. Because of this positive experience, I will definitely rent a car from Omega Rent again in the future. The friendly service and the high quality of the vehicles convinced me. Many thanks to the Omega Rent team for the great service!

Dank Omega Rent konnte ich einen wunderbaren Tag auf Gran Canaria verbringen und die Insel in vollen Zugen geniessen. Car was not fully fueled (just 3/4) even though the staff said so when we got the keys. We had to return it with a full tank though and didnt get any kind of compensation. Therefore, we ended up paying 50% more than we actually had to. Staff was not even trying to find a solution here. Won t book here again.

I rented a car from Omega for 2 days to tour the island and it was very well organised. I decided very last minute, on Saturday morning that I wanted to rent a car and I was able to take it with me on Saturday morning at 9:00 AM. A fair and good price incl. All-in insurance. With my iPhone charging wire I was able to connect it to CarPlay and it was very easy to take a road trip. The first day I had a normal Fiat 500 and the second day a convertible. That convertible in the mountains was a really cool experience and ultimate holiday feeling. Definitely recommended. You dont have to leave a credit card or anything. So really great organization!

Am nachsten Tag bekommt man dann eine Nachricht, dass alles okay war, was auch nicht jeder macht. Bei unserem nachsten Besuch werden wir uns wieder fur Omega Cars entscheiden.
