Vuokrasimme auton Las Palmasin kentalta. Erittain ystavallinen nainen alkoi luovuttamaan meille autoa. Emme suostuneet ostamaan lisavakuutusta 369EUR ja emme suostuneet vaihtamaan kalliimpaan autoon. Nainen suuttui meille ja ei enaa antanut kunnon ohjeita mista auto loytyy eika miten paasemme autohallista ulos. Jouduimme itse etsimaan ympari hallia autoa. Ulosajo puomilla hatavilkut paalle ja lahdimme selvittamaan miten paasemme ulos. Meilla meni yli kaksi tuntia aikaa taman naisen ilkeyden takia auton kanssa. Meilla oli varattuna auto (Focus) johon mahtui kolme matkalaukkua koska meilla oli kolme matkalaukkua. Saimme auton (Audi A1) johon mahtuu yksi matkalaukku. Olemme todella pettyneita emmeka kayta enaa koskaan tata vuokraamoa
We rented a car from Las Palmas airport. A very friendly lady started to hand over the car to us. We did not agree to buy additional insurance for EUR369 and we did not agree to change to a more expensive car. The woman got angry with us and no longer gave proper instructions on where to find the car or how to get out of the garage. We had to search around the hall for the car ourselves. Exit with emergency lights on, and we set out to figure out how to get out. It took us over two hours because of this woman's nastiness with the car. We had booked a car (Focus) that could fit three suitcases because we had three suitcases. We got a car (Audi A1) that can fit one suitcase. We are very disappointed and will never use this rental company again
Goed auto verhuurbedrijf. Auto gehuurd via de website Sunnycars, VW Polo voor 1 dag EUR40 inclusief alle verzekeringen. Meneer aan de balie was erg aardig. Je moet zelf de auto opzoeken, die staat aan de openbare straat geparkeerd. Tip: maak van te voren foto's, je controleert de auto niet tezamen met het verhuurbedrijf. Nadeel is dat de auto langs deze zelfde straat weer geparkeerd moet worden bij inleveren, 's avonds is hier wel plek, 's ochtends is het erg druk en kan het zijn dat je ver moet lopen naar het verhuurbedrijf. Na het inleveren kregen we de volgende dag een uitgebreid rapport met eventuele nieuwe gereden schades inclusief een overzicht van alle schade wat er al op zat, dit klopte volledig. Na 1 week was de reservering van EUR100 op de creditcard geannuleerd. Top bedrijf.
Good car rental company. Rented a car via the Sunnycars website, VW Polo for 1 day EUR40 including all insurance. Gentleman at the counter was very nice. You have to find the car yourself, which is parked on the public street. Tip: take photos in advance, you do not check the car together with the rental company. The disadvantage is that the car must be parked along this same street when returning it. There is room here in the evening, but in the morning it is very busy and you may have to walk far to the rental company. After returning it, we received an extensive report the next day with any new damage caused, including an overview of all the damage that had already been done, which was completely correct. After 1 week the reservation of EUR100 on the credit card was canceled. Top company.
We had rented a VW Lupo for more than a week. Everything perfect all round. Very trusting dealings with me as a customer. German-speaking contact person. Highly recommended.

Wir haben ein Auto nur fur einen Tag angemietet. Abholung hat alles super schnell und gut funktioniert. Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter, der sowohl englisch als auch deutsch gesprochen hat. Wir haben ein super Auto erhalten (viel besser, als eigentlich ausgewahlt). Auch die Ruckgabe ist schnell und einfach abgelaufen. Nur zu empfehlen.
We rented a car for just one day. Pick up everything worked super quickly and well. Very friendly employee who spoke both English and German. We received a great car (much better than what we actually selected). The return process was also quick and easy. Only recommended.
Super Service, sehr freundliche und nette Mitarbeiter! Der Wagen (Ford Focus) war wie neu (< 500km), sehr sauber. Die Ubergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Alle Details zum Mietvertrag wurden sehr transparent und deutlich erklart. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Wir hatten uber Check24 bei Keddy einen Wagen fur eine Woche gebucht. Der Mitarbeiter bot uns eine bessere Option (kostenlos) fur die Zeit an und der Wagen war klasse. Das Auto war fast neu und top im Zustand. Ohne Vorbehalt zu empfehlen.
We booked a car for a week with Keddy via Check24. The employee offered us a better option (free) for the time and the car was great. The car was almost new and in great condition. Recommended without reservation.
