We were looking for a car to rent for a day and the only place we found one available was here at Autos Victoria. The price was a little higher than listed but it was with second driver and insurance so it was fair. Staff was very friendly and quick. The deposit was 50EUR in cash and we got it back at the end. We rented a Fiat Punto to visit the island's peaks and it was ok. The car had even assisted hill start which was very helpful. Totally recommend!

We rent fiat panda and it was good. No issues during our trips. When returning back the guy just checked the petrol and gave us back 50EUR deposit. We paid full insurance so total price for one day was 35EUR.

Bad cars at an expensive price, Citroen C3 36 + insurance 10.8 + some more tax so it was 50 /day! The cars stuttering brakes barely caught, which I didnt care about, but instead of 9 in the morning, we took it back at 6:15 p.m. the day before, when the lady sulked that she wasnt working anymore, etc., etc., and I greeted her in vain, she didnt get an answer, she just sulked!!

After reading the reviews, I went with mixed feelings. After communicating with the staff, doubts disappeared. I got a Fiat punto car for very little money. After inspecting and accepting the car, I left and realized that the clutch was already on its way, but for an experienced driver this is not a problem and, having gotten used to it a little, I skated for a wonderful 5 days. Al rato se enciende la luz de averia de motor... llamamos de nuevo... nada.... preocupados, damos vuelta, y con el agobio e impotencia, dejamos el coche en la oficina a las 14:30, lo habiamos recogido a las 08:30. Cuando vamos de nuevo por alli, no esta ni la encargada, ni el jefe...con el cual la empleada no ha podido contactar en toda la tarde. La empleada nos dice que esa luz nada.... que no le hagamos caso... Dia perdido... nos llevamos una mala sensacion, y nos quedamos con las ganas de ver Gran Canaria.

Review made up of January 2023. Wanted to rent a rental car for 2 days. When I asked in a friendly manner, I was listlessly told by an older gentleman who acted like a boss that there were no cars available. Even though the parking lots are full of cars. Shortly afterwards, when my grandfather wanted to rent a car for two days as a test and he would have gotten one at a high price, it was clear to us that this car rental company was about something, just not customer service! Very unfriendly. Prices are never as advertised on the posters. The older employee or perhaps even the boss should consider whether it would be better to hire friendly employees.

Als kurz darauf als Test mein Grossvater ein Auto fur 2 Tage mieten wollte und er teuer einen bekommen hatte, war uns klar das es bei diesem Autoverleih um irgendetwas geht bloss nicht um Kundenservice! Sehr unfreundlich. Preise sind nie wie auf den Postern inseriert. Der altere Mitarbeiter oder eventuell sogar Chef sollte man bedenken ob man nicht lieber freundliche Mitarbeiter einstellt.

Only positive things about this company. We rented the 207 CC. Before we took the car, he did a walk around the car to determine any damage that was already present. In ons geval was het 15 euro, dus ook weer niet overdreven veel. Een aanrader!
