Very poor treatment by the Indian woman at the counter. She tells you there are no cars available for rent, but then you call, and she says yes, come to the office. They try to charge you more--very, very bad service. Disrespectful, giving dirty looks. The cars are of very poor quality. Absolutely terrible. Do not go to this place.

It's a good story. I rented the car for two days. It's manual please pay attention! I was driven the manual cars before, but with this peugeot I didn't catch the connection of clutch and accelerator. So I had to give it back in a same day driven only a few meters. I received the refundable deposit 100 Eurs only, thanx for that. But finally they earned 90 Eurs x 2 days = 180 Eurs for nothing! Good job gays! Please try to avoid.

Everything went smoothly. We went to the car rental in the morning, ask for the car for the whole day. One A Punto was immediately available, which was perfect for the winding roads of Gran Canaria. We paid the reasonable price plus a small deposit and within ten minutes we were already in the car with a full tank of petrol. The next day, we returned the car with a full tank back and got our deposit back. No questions asked. The staff speak English and are very friendly. I would use this company again for my next trip to Gran Canaria

An extremely honest rental company. Very reasonable, fixed rate prices without any extortionate last minute price hikes. Took a car for a day, had a lovely time and they were no fuss at all returning it. Cash deposit (EUR50) returned straight away without even looking over the car or fuel. Car was clean, nippy and well maintained.

Very friendly welcome and open every day. We quickly decided to rent a car here because the rental was close to our hotel and the reasonable prices appealed to us. Our car for about 11 days was a small, cute, economical and spacious Fiat Panda that reliably took us everywhere and also fit very well into the few, narrow parking spaces near our hotel. The handover and return was uncomplicated and we were simply satisfied.

Wir hatten uns schnell fur einen Leihwagen hier entschieden, da die Vermietung nahe an unserem Hotel war und uns die vernunftigen Preise angesprochen haben. Unser Auto fur ca 11 Tage war ein kleiner susser, sparsamer und innen geraumiger Fiat Panda, der uns zuverlassig uberall und hin brachte und zudem sehr gut in die wenigen, engen Parkplatze in der Nahe unseres Hotels passte. Great that we could rent a car here without a credit card for only a 50 euro deposit! We chose a Fiat Punto for one day and although this car occasionally lacked some power in the many hairpin bends on the way to Pico de las Nieves, we still had a nice ride! In an earlier review I read that the prices were not clear, but under the Autos Victoria price list it clearly states that tax is added, which is not unusual at all. We received friendly help and had everything arranged within 10 minutes with clear conditions (two drivers, refilling the tank at starting level, 300 euros deductible). When we returned the car, we received the deposit back quickly and friendly, so we can definitely recommend this rental company.

We kozen een Fiat Punto voor een dag en hoewel deze auto af en toe wel wat power tekort kwam in de vele haarspeldbochten op weg naar Pico de las Nieves, hebben we toch een mooie rit gemaakt! In een eerdere review las ik dat de prijzen niet duidelijk waren, maar onder de prijslijst van Autos Victoria staat duidelijk dat er nog belasting bij komt, wat ook helemaal niet ongebruikelijk is. Wij werden vriendelijk geholpen en hadden binnen 10 minuten alles geregeld met duidelijke voorwaarden (twee bestuurders, tank weer afvullen op startniveau, 300 euro eigen risico). Bij terugbrengen van de auto kregen we snel en vriendelijk de borg terug, dus we kunnen deze verhuurder zeker aanraden.

We wanted to rent a Citroen C3 like the one shown in the brochure. When the papers and payment were ready, a very old junk box was placed in front of us (an old C3). When asked, they said the other one was already reserved. A others said it was more expensive and could only be rented for 3 days even though it was shown on the brochure for one day. Well, since everything was already finished, we kept it. Upon closer inspection, the tires had almost no tread left. And I find it irresponsible to go to the mountains! When I dropped off the car I asked if they didnt want any happy customers, but he just shrugged his shoulders. Whatever! I really cant recommend it more!

Auf Nachfrage sagten sie der andere ware schon reserviert. Ein anderer sagte er ware teurer und nur fur 3 Tage mietbar obwohl er fur einen Tag auf dem Prospekt abgebildet ist. Na ja da alles schon fertig war haben wir ihn behalten. Bei naherem Hinsehen hatten die Reifen so gut wie kein Profil mehr. Und damit in die Berge finde ich unverantwortlich! Bei Abgabe des Wagens fragte ich ob sie keine zufriedenen Kunden haben mochten,aber er zuckte nur mit den Schultern. Egal halt! Kann ich echt nicht weiter empfehlen!
