Very uncomplicated way to rent a car. The friendly customer-service brought me the car to hotel and I can just leave the car at hotel parking place for return. It was a recommendation from my hotel reception for this local car rental and I booked it online by myself in the night and got the car on next day. Condition of the car was great, too. Totally recommended!

We paid 35EUR for 1 day rental of Citroen C1. Deposit was EUR50 in case of parking ticket. Car was ok, AC worked fine. There was usb charging port, radio etc. Car quality is good for this price. Rental process was fast. Cars could be better cleaned. However, main issue was returning the car and parking. It's not possible to return a car after 6:30 pm. If you are late, then you have to return car at 8 am next day. Finding parking spot is very hard in this area. At evening, we found first free parking spot next to Clinica Roca which was more than 1 km on foot from Abora interclub hotel and rental. You need to be extra careful with parking because police gives parking tickets left and right. In summary, car rental is ok, but be prepared to park very far away to not get a parking ticket.

Rented a Fiat Panda for 15 days in June / July 2022. Very pleased with service and car. I used the car a lot to travel to various parts of the Island (for hiking) and always felt comfortable. Easy pick up and drop off at airport. Very good communications in advance of rental. Fully inclusive pricing (all insurances) which is great to get in a car rental nowadays.

We have been renting our rental cars from Autos Mancebo since 2022. This was the fifth time we rented a car there in September/October 2024. And the car for the 2025 vacation has already been reserved. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The service is top class. People also speak German. No deposit is required and you can also pay in cash. You dont have to queue at any counter and you will be greeted personally by an employee at the airport or in the car park. This is our car rental company in Gran Canaria. Keep it up and hasta pronto.

Es wird keine Kaution verlangt und man kann auch in bar bezahlen. Man muss nicht an irgendeinem Schalter anstehen und wird personlich von einem Mitarbeiter im Flughafen oder im Parkhaus in Empfang genommen. Das ist unsere Autovermietung auf Gran Canaria. Rented a Citroen C3 for 10 days in September 2024. I can only give this 5 stars. Such top service. Car brought to the hotel. No deposit. Price performance unbeatable. Just hand the car key back at the hotel reception and youre good. Even when we had a small problem of our own making (which wasnt a problem ) an employee was there within a short time and helped us. Totally recommended. They delivered the car to us at the airport. Punctual. And the best thing is that the price included everything: comprehensive insurance, and additional: child seats. We didnt have to leave any deposit. They did not charge us any costs on our credit card, as other companies usually do. We recommend it. Good services at a good price.

Nos lo acercaron al hotel, precio algo mas economico que otras empresas de alquiler, pero el coche que nos toco, un Citroen C1, bastante sucio, con poco mantenimiento, hacia varios ruidos raros, tenia aranazos y la defensa algo descolgada y el maletero sin bandeja por lo que desde fuera veian todo lo que habia. Teniamos que dejar las llaves en el hotel y explicarles donde dejamos el coche aparcado, asi hicimos, a mayores les enviamos un correo explicando donde lo dejamos con una foto del Maps, al que no tuvimos ninguna respuesta ni un gracias. No volveriamos a alquilar en esta empresa.

I had never rented a car on vacation. Before I had looked at many more companies and they added any supplement and with autos mancebo they have not put any impediment or extra in anything. Perfect car rental! Top price for 14 days and excellent processing. The car was brought to the hotel and we paid for it here. No upfront payment or credit cards. After a few days, the on-board computer reported an error in the vehicle. We called and within 30(!) minutes a new car was brought to us! At the end of the holiday we would just have to hand over the key to reception and thats it. Service like from another planet! We will book this top car rental company again and again in the future! We rented a car for 4 days for about EUR 90. Payment by card or cash, we paid by card + EUR 50 cash deposit, refundable when returning the vehicle. A deposit in case you get a ticket for incorrect parking in the lines next to the Abora Interclub hotel. We rented a car for our trip to Las Palmas and when there is only one week left they notify us with a short call that they have to cancel the reservation since they do not have cars for those dates. I call again and ask how they do this when the reservation was made in advance and there is a week left for the trip and they answer that they can cancel the reservation up to 3 days before. Stunned, nothing like this had ever happened to me, it seems like a lack of respect and professionalism, which is why I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT at all. Now its time to find another place quickly since the prices will now be much higher.

Very good landlord! Rented a spacious Citroen C4 without any problems and very easily and was able to view a beautiful part of the island. Very friendly employees and the car was very clean and new.
