I had a highly disappointing experience with Autos Baez Canarias car rental. First, they asked me to pick up the car one hour later than the scheduled time, but when I arrived, the man was still late and I had to wait even longer for him to find a parking spot. The lack of dedicated parking for this company meant that I had to drive around searching for a free spot myself while giving back the car. To make matters worse, there was no communication in English with the man at the agency. It was incredibly frustrating. Adding to the frustration, I was informed that I had to return the car not on Sunday as I wanted but on Monday morning, because company doesn't operate on Sundays. Overall, I would strongly advise against renting from Autos Baez Canarias.Car was okay, but overall it was an unpleasant experience.
