Pesima atencion! Llevo 2 dias intentando contactar con el departamento de Rent a car, me dejan a la espera y nunca cogen el telefono. Llamo en horario de oficina y ademas les contacto por WhatsApp los leen dicen que pasan nota a las companeras y ni llaman . Despues de leer estas resenas no entiendo como la marca sigue permitiendo este trato hacia los clientes o futuros ( clientes ) UN CLIENTE QUE PERDEIS!

I call during office hours and I also contact them on WhatsApp, they read them, they say that they pass a note to their colleagues and they don't even call. After reading these reviews I do not understand how the brand continues to allow this treatment towards clients or future clients (clients). A CUSTOMER YOU LOSE!
Soy comercial y estoy de paso y e llamado y la atencion a sido chulesca es increible e llamado para alquilar un vehiculo para dos dias por motivos de trabajo para ver clientes y la operadora no me dejaba hablar es mas me a cortado la conversacion Yo viajo por toda Espana y nunca me encontrado este trato de prepotencia Muy mal y por cierto ya e encontrado otra solucion y muchisimo mas barato Un cero para este local de alquiler un respeto al cliente solo llame para informar y la chica no me dejo hablar.
