Yellow Car in Marbella

Hired a car overnight to travel to a wedding. Very smooth booking process, the car was dropped to my hotel on time and they let me leave it there for them to pick up once I was finished with it and they were ready. Nice clean car with minimal scratches to the outside. Fantastic peace of mind knowing the price given is all you will need to pay no matter what happens and it was nice there was no upselling of various insurance policies through the booking process. Highly recommend.

I chose this rental company based on positive references on the web, and I must say that it certainly did not disappoint. Simple and fast online booking system. Taking over the vehicle at the office quickly, without unnecessary administration, a nice and friendly employee. We received a brand new Fiat Panda Hybrid vehicle. During my next stay in Andalusia, I will be very happy to use Yellow Car services...

After a horrendous experience and major let down with another car rental company (Centauro), we headed to Yellow Car in person having failed to find a suitable alternative online. As we did not have a reservation we were nervous that we couldn't be accommodated at such short notice, but thankfully we were met with the most helpful, caring, and highly intelligent young lady - Ines Pedrido. She showed great empathy with our situation and whilst she was honest about the limited availability due to high demand, she did everything she could to help us. During our registration, she had to answer a call and spoke fluent German, as well as Spanish and beautiful English. In the end we got a perfect car for our stay and the most detailed instructions including drop off procedure. As we were supposed to have had an airport pick up on arrival but didn't, she registered our drop off at the airport for maximum convenience. Her directions were so specific that when I drove to the airport, I did not even have to check a map but arrived seamlessly at the drop off point just following her directions. The gentleman at the office was just as helpful and polite and dropped us off at the departure lounge. Overall, we are so thoroughly impressed with the service we received and will only ever use Yellow Car for all of our future visits. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Fantastic service! Looked at cheaper rental companies but decided to use Yellow Car as no add ons and you are fully insured against damages. You receive the car will a full tank and return it the same. I have used them for both visits to Marbella. The service you receive is excellent. Communication via WhatsApp and they reply immediately. They track your plane and waiting for you at the airport and off you go! No fuss or stress!

Great service and very professional at affordable rates. No hidden fees & very friendly too. They delivered the car to our hotel and picked it up again. Communication couldn't be better. Highly recommended and even suggested the category that fits our needs.

Very professional and responsive staff. We were provided a child booster seat without extra charge, many other places charge ridiculous rates for these. Also the price we received was inclusive of all insurance etc, no "surprise" charges upon getting the car.

Yellow Car were totally brilliant. We had looked around and theirs was the best price, particularly having regard to the zero-excess insurance (already included in the rental price). We rented a Fiat 500 convertible and had a brilliant few days on our holiday, and when we returned the car, one of the Yellow Car team dropped us at the door of departures. Great communication and easy collection/pickup throughout. We're so grateful and will definitely use their service again in the future. Thanks to you all!

I travel to Marbella quite often and I have not used any other car rental but Yellow Car, for more than 15 years. Dont worry about checking for any minor scratches or dents as you do with other companies because Yellow Car will take care of them without spoiling your precious holiday time.
