Great value and service.
Worst rental company ever You think you buy quality, but you don't. You are better off using any cheap rental company. This is for Hertz / Thrifty Gran Canaria, 1. We received an old and scratched car 2. When returning they tried to find scratches which were not in the protocol. Which is easy if you have over a dozen scratches on the car Never again
Fantastic experience with Thrifty car rental. Jesus is a real asset to the company, very very helpful and well spoken English. Definitely recommend them, good price, clean new cars.
Booked a Fiat, got a free upgrade because they had ran out of small cars. Everything was simple and smooth, both pickup and drop-off. I got my deposit the day after i returned the car. The next time i go to Marbella i will book my car here.
Unter den Vorwand einer ,,Sicherheitsleistung" die ich nach der Autoruckgabe des Autos zuruckerstattet bekommen werde, wurde mir eine teurere Versicherung in der Rechnung gestellt, obwohl ich diese Versicherungen schon in Deutschland abgeschlossen gehabt habe. Der Tank war bei der Autoubernahme NICHT voll. Bei der Ruckgabe des Wagens hat versucht mich einen blanko Ruckgabeprotokoll zu unterschreiben, obwohl auf dem Wagen keine Mangel waren. Ausserdem Thrifty Car Rental handelt in den Namen vom Hertz Autovermietung, dadurch bei Problemen unmoglich schuldigen zu ermitteln. Finger weg.
Under the pretext of a "security deposit" that I will get refunded after I return the car, I was billed for more expensive insurance, even though I had already taken out this insurance in Germany. The tank was NOT full when we picked up the car. When I returned the car, they tried to get me to sign a blank return report, even though there were no defects on the car. Additionally, Thrifty Car Rental operates in the name of Hertz car rental, making it impossible to identify who is at fault in the event of problems. Hands off.

Came to rent a car and been informed that only credit card accepted at the place. Three debit cards been declined. Wasted time for nothing. Not recommend at all.
