I recommend this rental company, the service is very helpful and professional. The car is in great technical condition. After a road accident, everything was explained by the Solo employee-thank you for your help.
I had a bad experience when visiting the showroom throughout the booking process, with staff being unfriendly and disrespectful. The baby seat unit was initially an old and broken one with fixing belt system, and after I pushed back, they gave one locking into the seat belt system, but still very old and cheap. The car was in a mint and nice condition, and they had a reasonable price compared to other rent a car companies during high season.
I needed to take a car for a week and couldn't pick an option. Gleb was extremely supportive , we quickly found what works for me and I was truly satisfied. When I'll come back I'll definitely use this car rental again , amazing customer service

Yet again perfect customer service from Solo, this time from the sales team regarding a long term rental I wanted to organise for September. As a returning 'valued' customer they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and even price matched a cheaper provider because I have rented from them so many times. Speaking from my experience of being surrounded by many supercar and electric car-loving friends in Japan, I found the selection of cars here to be very tasteful. The shop had a wide range of cars, from the reasonably priced to the more stylised. I found the shop by chance googling when my car was flooded, and I feel it was an excellent holly spirit for me. Several rental re-extensions over the course of 4 months were always smooth and comfortable. Incidentally, they also run a wine delivery shop here, which delivered promptly and displayed multiple ratings, such as Vivino, making it easy to choose. Both are strongly recommended.
Great service, new and clean vehicle, the best price I could find for a fully insured car and very personal approach from the SOLO team. Definitely recommend!
