I've had the car for two weeks now, everything was absolutely perfect. After two weeks l'll give my full opinion on how the car was delivered.
At 13:00 on Thursday 17th of October 2024 I faced deep dissatisfaction with the car rental service I received during my recent booking. Unfortunately, my experience with Sixt in Marbella was far below the standard I expected. 1. Unjustified Price Increase: When I came in to renew my car rental, the staff member handling my request increased the price without any valid explanation. This felt like an attempt to take advantage of the situation, and it was both frustrating and disappointing. 2. Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behavior: The same staff member exhibited shockingly unprofessional behavior. She was using her phone while I was trying to talk to her, completely ignoring me and refusing to even make eye contact. This level of disrespect is not something I expected from a company like Sixt. 3. Racist Behavior: Most disturbingly, her attitude towards me appeared to be rooted in racism. I was treated with clear bias and disrespect throughout our interaction, which left me feeling humiliated. No one should ever experience this kind of treatment, and it is alarming that such behavior is tolerated at your branch.
Best place for a car rental in town, whether basic car or high end vehicle, long or short term. The cars are always new, clean and in good conditions and the staff are always friendly and professional!! No hidden charges and transparency from top to bottom.

Picked up a car for long term rental today and experienced an engine failure next day with poor communication experience with roadside assistance. Right on the highway, could've crashed and made an accident. Never thought I would go through this mess with Sixt
After having trouble with Marbesol rent a car, I rang sixt and they offered me an amazing car for a better price with no age restriction as I am 23 years old. Agreement and price was clear as what was included in my rental agreement and used last year as well, and will be using again in the future.
If I could give this Sixt location a 6 star rating, I would. This is my first time renting with Sixt and although I know that they specialize in higher end rentals, I did not know what to expect especially since I'm renting in a foreign country. I had originally booked an RS4 Avant which became unavailable. So they switched me over to an RS6 Avant. At first the price was significantly higher than the online reservation and I contended the price. The agent quickly remedied that and gave me the online price. On the day before rental, I was told that the RS6 would not be available for the first day, but they would upgrade me to an M850i and switch cars when the RS6 becomes available. On top of that, they delivered and picked up the cars from my resort at no extra cost. Both cars were immaculate and made my experience in Spain completely amazing. At the end of the rental, there was some confusion with the mileage due to the cars being switched out mid-rental but a quick correspondence with the agent solved everything in a matter of days despite being half way across the globe. If I had to list one downside, is that they lack a direct contacting number. The number listed was unable to be dialed by my resort or travel phone without incurring an additional cost (as indicated by the hotel). Not a huge issue as I was able to reach them through other methods. Would recommend and 100% looking forward to renting with Sixt again in my future travels.
