Zero issues from the get go.. was processed very quickly upon arrival. Got the exact same model car that I booked. ( only problem it was dirty ) the price is super decent and they have great customer service team that extended my booking over the phone. They will always be my choice in Marbella. Definitely trumps the other rental companies

I had a terrible experience at this car rental place. Upon arrival, I was not informed that a credit card was required to complete the booking, something that was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. When I expressed my frustration explaining that I have more money on my debit card as I have a limit on my credit card, the manager dismissed and treated me very rudely, speaking to me with no respect. She even shoved my passport and license back at me on the desk, while all the other colleagues smiled and told me to leave without offering any alternative. I was left stranded outside with my girlfriend and two suitcases at 10 PM. The whole experience was shocking and disappointing. Will not be coming back here, I suggest using SIXT Car Rental instead.

This company is an absolute disaster. I booked online in advance since they offered better prices. When I came to the office, the man behind the desk said he wouldn't give us the car because we don't have a credit card. It wasn't specifically mentioned anywhere during the booking process; everywhere in Spain they say "pay with credit card", "bring credit card", etc. and they always mean debit, not the actual credit card. I have booked cars with 5 companies here on the coast and every one of them accepted debit cards. I regret choosing this company over Yellow Car from which I used to rent cars until then. Bad choice.

We paid extra for them to pick us up at the airport at night time, we waited 2 hours for them to actually talk to us when they were at the airport, and then they didn't want to rent us a car because we did not have a credit card, wich they did not inform us about when we ordered and paid online!

It just so happened that since December 2022, we often, almost every month, rented a car sht Marbesol. I believe that the company has the best price/quality balance. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. We have never had any problems with cars, although we rented a variety of models from different price categories and sizes. I recommend Marbesol with 100% confidence for car rental in Marbella and Malaga.

Very cool people behind the counter here in Marbella. Sweet and flexible. I only have nice experiences even though my rented BMW broke down last time and there was an issue to get another car for one day. But they paid my taxi to the airport so all in all I think we managed it okay. This time today was great too. The car was nice and only had a few damages on it already but they knew this and mentioned it when the rental started. The only suggestion I have is they should buy and include mobile phone holders as they only cost 10-15 euro so it's easier to navigate using one's own phone. I will rent here again as I felt safe and good taken care of.

Perfect rental car. Our car is New Opel Astra (30.000km) with parking camera. Quickly pick up and quickly return. Perfect. Thank you and recommend!
