This company is selling only cars on behalf of the owner. So they did for me, BUT, after selling my car in JANUARY !! they told me, sorry but we do not have the money to pay you. I have been patience enough and Diego has no intention to pay me. Better advise, take your car away. I have reported this fraud and scam to the police and they are investigati I have been reading the answer from Diego, manager from Maluze. I also have been reading the earlier reviews about him and his behavior. Every problem, and there are many, HE put the blame to the client and he is the saint. I'm 84 years and he took FULL advantage of me trusting people. In brief, I wanted to travel with an caravan in Europe and bought from a good friend a Land Rover Evoque, Manual for the caravan. But as I have problems with my hips it was difficult to change all the time the gears. So I bought by Diego a Hyundai Santafe automatic. Diego wanted to sell my Evoque because of as new condition and only 111000 km and with reconditioned engine of 10.000 km. But the Santafe was not my car and after one week I told this to Andres, sales person, at that time, for Diego. Diego had no problem to take the Santafe back but had no money to pay and offered to sell the car. He sold it in JANUARY !! , So I have been very patience. But now is enough because Diego has no intention to pay me. Now he says my car, Evoque, is unsaleable. You know why ?? I found out that he used this car and has been driving over 5000 km with it. Also got a multa, so a repeat from other clients. I took my Evoque away. And he claims I have unpaid bills by him to pay ?? What a crook. He threatened me that if I go to the police there will be problems and never any money. Let's wait what the Judge says. As I wrote, Diego is putting in all negative reviews the blame by the client. But as he wrote, we Andres and Alejandra sold an unsaleable car for me !!! I bought this car and week later returned it, and then it suddenly became unsaleable !! Furthermore it was Diego after I asked him for my money who told me that the tax company has taken all the money from his account and Meluze was in bankruptcy. So he made it public news, to avoid paying any money. I'm not the only one who he owns money to. Suddenly he does not know what I want ?!? He knows I'm retired from my job, which was journalist in worldwide tourism . All I intend is to warn other people for scams and fraud. It seems that Diego is scared to face the Judge. And sorry for him, but one way or another, I will receive my money plus all costs and my bonus is that many people are reading this review and will act for themselves. Finally, someone told me that car dealers now also renting car to people under the normal rental prices. Could that maybe explain the increase of nearly 5000km on my Evoque ?? I would not be surprised and people are investigating this option. I do know that after the police rang me for more details they went to see Diego and my lawyer is on to it also.
