Super bad! We had to pick up the car at 19.00 and were there (due to no available Uber) at 19.05. They indicated that we were late. Now we don't have a car and we are our money EUR180(!) Lost. Called several times and it is hung up. Scammers!!

Very disappointing experience. We are moving this weekend and had scheduled the pick-up for this morning. After speaking to the station yesterday - the agent reconfirming the reservation - Enterprise decided to cancel the reservation at 8 am today. This makes an already stressful situation even more stressful. Maybe I should have taken the reviews more seriously. Thank you for nothing, Enterprise.

Do not rent from this company. Terrible customer service and liars. Booked and payed for a full size E class MB and was given a C class. they would not refund the difference in cost. Then at pickup, I pointed out rim and tire damage and was told it was too small of a damage that it would not matter. Right!. because when I returned the car, I was charged for the tire damage. Liars and cheats. Never again Enterprise.

Terrible. Don't ever use this company. The staff are pleasant but the company policy is dogsh*t. I was an hour late to pickup (my flight was delayed) so was told they allocated my car to someone else - why? I've pre-booked and pre-paid. Came back 30 mins later, still no car available. Came back another 30 mins later. And then was told I needed a credit AND debit card which I didn't have with me. End result, waste of f*cking time asked for my PS2500 to be refunded. I hope this corporation gets liquidated.

I recently rented a car through the Enterprise website for my summer holiday in Spain, paying in advance. Upon arriving at the Marbella rental location on July 24, 2024, around 3:30 PM, I was met with an unpleasant surprise. Despite my confirmed reservation, the salesperson informed me that no car was available in the category I had booked. When I pointed out that my reservation was confirmed online, she bluntly stated that she didn't care about the reservation because their website wasn't updated. Her suggestion was to downgrade the car, which was unacceptable given what I had paid for. Her demeanor was incredibly rude throughout our interaction. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, she falsely claimed in the refund request that I didn't have a credit card to present. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Furthermore, she made disparaging remarks about me to her colleague in Spanish, assuming I wouldn't understand. I will not be using Enterprise again and strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Had 4 cars reserved. NOT 1 happened. Didn't notify me and they charged me. Do not use. The link they gave me to reach them doesn't work. Didn't refund my money! Day 7 and no refund given. I filled out the link the guy responded with twice and no one has contacted me. Horrrrriblleeee they stole over 1000 euros

Avoid this car hire company!! Had the worst experience, the staff (girls) were very unprofessional and rude. Had to wait 2 hours to get the car because there was a problem with everything (passport, drivers license, credit card). Went all the way back home to get the passport, because a picture wasn't enough. They didn't warn beforehand that they need all documents physically, and don't accept Revolut cards for some reason. In the end they didn't give us our 200EUR deposit back!! Saying that it was "extra" for having a second driver (even though we only did it because they didn't accept my Revolut card, so I had to use my boyfriend's card and they forced me to put him as second driver because the name on the credit card should be the same as in the rental contract. ) If I could give zero stars, I would.

One of the worst car rental experiences ever at pick up, I rented a car for a week They were understaffed. Had to wait 1.5 hours from my confirmed pickup time. Car wasn't available and had to wait to receive a car. No excuse to make customers wait 1.5 hours and zero effort to make it up. Car received was very old with 40k kilos and no other cars available to rent even for a fee. The employees were very tired and manager couldn't care less. Very rude. The pick up experience was much better, very polite and friendly person and quick. You need more of him and change the manager. I received the invoice and couldn't understand it. All in Spanish. Not appreciated. This is a very bad experience and I don't recommend this place Shame on enterprise
