personal and swift communication, preferably via WhatsApp. perfect if you want a smooth rental and a smaller car that still will get you around. very good flexible pricing if you explain what you are looking for. way better price here than at the airport. we rented a Mazda 2, manual, for almost two weeks, better price than one week at other larger companys. always buy the insurance if you ask me. most damage is probably not done by you due to the nature of the traffic itself.

I do not recommend. The company did not give us the deposit even though when we returned the car they said it was ok. After the company stole our money, they do not respond and do not answer the phone.

I rented a car for two days for two excursions around Marbella. The staff was very nice and helpful. Upon return, damage was noticed on the left bumper. I was so ashamed that I hadn't seen it myself. Explained to the staff that it must have happened in the parking garage in Ronda and apologized that I didn't see it and reported it immediately. They said no problem, it could happen. They said they would check how much it would cost and that they would probably refund the difference from the deposit I paid. They got back to me after three days and said that the damage was just a few scratches that they could polish out and that there were already other scratches on the bumper from before, so they refunded the full deposit. What a service! I am very grateful for their treatment! I highly recommend 1rentacar to anyone looking to rent a car in the Marbella area.

SCAMMERS ALERT !! Alex is the biggest scammer of this company. Rented a car for almost 3 weeks. Wanted my deposit back at the end. Already waiting for 3 weeks and today I found out that this big time idiot (Alex) send my money to the wrong account. When confronting him he says it's my problem and that I should contact the bank . And then he starts screaming through the phone and hangs up. He acts like a tough guy on the phone but when you see him in real life he looks like a homeless junkie. DONT RENT HERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Had my concerns after reading previous reviews, but none came true. Prompt and friendly, everything worked as it was supposed to and we could return the car at our convenience by dropping the key through a window for this purpose. Guarantee came back without any issues. Whatever issues this company seemed to have in the past, it does not seem to be the case anymore.

Avoid this scamming little hut. This is not a proper business. The owner is braindamaged and uses normal spanish bad behaviour with extorting money. The lovely owner Chris, still claims after one year that the spanish police have not closed the case, sometimes she claims she has not recieved money for the reperation from the insurance and sometimes she just claims the car is still damaged. We we're hit by a hit&run, police filed report and atated we were not to blame. The car was full insured and the deposit were on hold by Chris. She states that it will be returned as soon as possible. After a year, 1500eur missing and the owner blocks me on whatsapp eritong its not his fault. Big joke, unhonorable people without shame.

Had a good experience, saw some negative reviews before we got the car so was nervous but the car was fine and our deposit was returned automatically. I think they've had issues with their system in the past but this seems to be resolved. Very convenient and fast collection and drop off. Other companies make you walk to and find a shuttle bus, then to wait for a longer time at an office but with this company you use the videos they send over Whatsapp and walk to express carpark pillar 14. Very handy.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. SCAM. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We booked a car for our holidays and also called them a couple of days before to confirm the booking was all ok to which they said it was. We drove one hour to go pick the car up. Once there, the woman called Christina (if I can remember well) told us that the car wasn't available. She then proposed us another car but we had to pay nearly double. She had given our car that we had reserved to another person and had no valid reason as to why she had done this. She was very rude, didn't listen and didn't care. The whole experience was a nightmare and I would definitely not recommend it.
