En general todo bien. Lo unico que para recoger el coche tuvimos que esperar ya que no tenian el coche alli siendo que reservamos por Internet una semana antes. De todos modos Bilal nos explico la causa y realizo todo el tramite de manera muy amena. La devolucion del coche fue satisfactoria como deberia ser, ya que devolvimos el coche tal como lo recibimos y nos devolvieron la fianza en el momento. Volveriamos a alquilar con ellos.

Mala experiencia. Fa una setmana vem anar a recollir una furgoneta de lloguer que haviem reservat i pagat feia moltes setmanes per la web i a l'arribar a l'oficina ningu sabia res de la reserva i no hi havia el cotxe. El noi que hi havia (que estava sol i era de vendes no de lloguers) va fer unes gestions i ens van aconseguir un cotxe (no la furgoneta que voliem, pero si un monovolum que tambe ens va anar be). Pero la recollida era per les 10 del mati i el cotxe no el vem tenir fins les 5 de la tarda. Per sort, teniem previst iniciar el viatge l'endema al mati sino imagineu-vos el problema. No tornarem a llogar en aquesta empresa.

Nada recomendable. Me han anulado la reserva. En el momento que estaba esperando el coche reservado en alquiler. Con la excusa que estaba averiado. Pero como habia solamente un trabajador y salia del trabajo a las 14h. Me han anulado la reserva a las 13:50. Casualidad nada de nada. Primera y ultima vez

Mal trato , el chico comiendo chicle, sin mirar a la cara, queriamos alquilar un coche para varios dias, cuando ya teniamos todo a punto para preparar el contrato , le damos los datos de nuestra empresa para hacer la factura, a partir de ese momento el chico )Bili, empezo a resoplar, literalmente. Que para poner a nombre de empresa era muy complicado, resoplando, y nos pidio que le entregaramos las escripturas de la empresa. Nunca nos han pedido esta documentacion, nunca. Su vocabulario fue poco apropiado para estar en contacto directo con el publico , la educacion brillo por su ausencia. No volveremos mas. NADA RECOMENDABLE.
