Vam recorrer a Europcar despres que una altra companyia ens deixes tirats en un moment molt critic. Necessitavem urgentment una furgoneta per fer el trasllat de material del meu negoci, i Europcar va estar a l'altura. Ens van atendre amb molta professionalitat i amabilitat, fent tot el possible per trobar una solucio rapida i efectiva. Gracies a ells vam poder llogar la furgoneta en l'ultim moment i salvar el dia. Una atencio excel*lent i molt agraits per la seva capacitat de resposta en una situacio tan estressant.
We turned to Europcar after another company let us down at a very critical moment. We urgently needed a van to transport material from my business, and Europcar was up to the task. They attended to us with great professionalism and kindness, doing everything possible to find a quick and effective solution. Thanks to them we were able to rent the van at the last minute and save the day. Excellent attention and very grateful for your ability to respond in such a stressful situation.
Alquile una furgoneta el 16 de agosto, estamos a 16 de septiembre y aun no me han liberado la fianza a pesar de haber entregado la furgoneta sin absolutamente ningun problema. Estamos hoy a dia 25 de setiembre y aun no me han devuelto el dinero de la fianza. Estamos hoy a dia 30 de setiembre y ni siquiera me responden a los emails. Estamos hoy a dia 4 de ocutubre y todavia no me han devuelto el dinero, ademas ya no me responden a los correos ni al telefono Esto me parece una estafa, son 500EUR que se han quedado, asi por la cara. Lamentable. NO ALQUILEN COCHES AQUI!
I rented a van on August 16, it's September 16 and they still haven't released my deposit despite having delivered the van without absolutely any problems. It is today September 25th and they still have not returned my bail money. Today is September 30th and they don't even respond to my emails. Today it is October 4th and they still haven't returned my money, and they no longer respond to my emails or phone calls. This seems like a scam to me, it's EUR500 that they have kept, just like that. Regrettable. DO NOT RENT CARS HERE!
Terrible organizacion. Me cobran la reserva para al dia siguiente decirme que no disponen del vehiculo en las fechas seleccionadas. Logicamente contrato con otra empresa el alquiler y todo bien. 5 dias despues me dicen por correo que si que tengo la reserva que al final si que hay vehiculo dispobile. Cancelo yo la reserva ya que ya tengo otra y me dicen que tardaran unos 30 dias en devolverme el dinero que me cobraron. Te hacen perder el tiempo y encima se quedan tu dinero un mes.
Terrible organization. They charge me for the reservation and tell me the next day that they do not have the vehicle on the selected dates. Logically, I contracted the rental with another company and everything was fine. 5 days later they told me by email that I do have the reservation and that in the end there is a vehicle available. I cancel the reservation since I already have another one and they tell me that it will take about 30 days to return the money they charged me. They waste your time and on top of that they keep your money for a month.
Fatal te cobran cosas segun de hace 5-6 meses, a pesar de que vas renovando cada mes , te van quitando dinero cuando les da la gana de tu targeta sin pedir ni una autorizacion si podria poner menosn5 estrellas lo pondria y luego cuando vas a reclamar dicen que no tienen nada que ver que llames a un tlf y pierdes tu tiempo porque luego te dan un correo para que envies tu caso y que se lo miraran en conclucion son unos Ladrones. Cero profesionalidad y 100% excusas no vuelvo a alquilar nada en la vida prefiero pagar mas en sitios donde si son profesionales y asi con mas gente que tambien le pasa lo mismo
Fatal, they charge you things based on 5-6 months ago, even though you renew every month, they take money from you whenever they want from your card without even asking for authorization, if I could put less than 5 stars I would put it and then when you go to complain they say that they have nothing to do with you calling a phone number and wasting your time because then they give you an email so you can send your case and they will look at it in conclusion they are thieves. Zero professionalism and 100% excuses, I will never rent anything again in my life, I prefer to pay more in places where they are professionals and thus with more people who also experience the same thing.
No pongo menos estrellas pq no se puede. Unos sinverguenzas, alquilemos el dia 18 julio una furgoneta pagando 293'87 con 100 de franquicia, que te dicen que te la devuelven en un periodo de 7 a 10 laborables, mi sorpresa a sido que hoy dia 25 de julio me han cobrado 193'87e, voy a reclamar me dan un numero de tlfn y que me espabile. Conclusion que me tengo que esperar hasta el dia 2 de agosto a que me devuelvan mi dinero, mientras ellos estan jugando con 293'87e mios y cm yo seguro que mas personas. Una banda de ladrones, pq no te explican esto antes de alquilar un vehiculo .

Ha sido la primera vez que hemos tenido que utilizar este tipo de servicio a traves de nuestro seguro. La atencion tanto en Manresa como en Logrono, ha sido estupenda. Incluso tuvimos que atrasar la llegada de recogida y el dependiente nos espero hasta que llegamos. Un servicio eficaz y perfecto.

It is the worst Europcar ever. The person a man and he is awful not helping at all. He didn't even check for us other possibilities or agencies to rent a car. It's the worst service of Spain.
