Fatal, un desatre!!vaig llogar un seat leon amb una setmana d'antel.lacio i quan vaig arribar a l'agencia a les 8h30 del mati, m'anucien que no hi havia cap cotxe per anar de Manresa a San Sebastian (guipuscoa)!!!Al final d'insistir em varen llogar una furgoneta que estava plena de rallades y abonyagades, fins i tot l'interior hi havia palla i molta pols.Quan vaig arribar a l'agencia de San Sebastian a les 17h15 la noia que hi havia a l'agencia em va obligar a deixar les claus a la bustia, jo vaig exigir una inspeccio del cotxe amb mi devant, m'ho va denegar! Vaig seguir les instruccions de la noia i me'n vaig anar confiada.Dos dies mes tard em varen treure la fianca de 200EUR sense explicacions. Vaig passar moltes hores al telefon: uns em deien que el cotxe no tenia res i altres que l'havia ratllat, fins que al final vaig insultar la manager de Manresa, i al mateix moment, em va treure 100EUR de mes per la cara, i amenacant me que em costaria 1500EUR perque el para xocs de davant havia desaparegut desde que la havia insultat!Vaig donar de baixa la meva targeta per evitar mes estafes, y un mes i mig despres, rebo un e-mail amb una factura de 950EUR de les reparacions de la furgo, em donaven 15 dies per pagar.Vaig trucar el servei que tenen de recursos a Madrid: els vaig explicar el que va passar, i com que no vaig firmar cap paper com qual havia deixat el cotxe i a mes, la noia m'havia obligat a deixar les claus dintre de la bustia en un horari de despatx, els hi vaig dir que el cotxe ja no estava en la meva responsabilitat! A les dues setmanes de la meva trucada, amb una gran sorpresa, m'havien tornat els 300EUR que m'havien robat!!!!Aneu molt amb compte!!!!
Fatal, a disaster!! I rented a seat leon a week in advance and when I arrived at the agency at 8:30 in the morning, they told me that there was no car to go from Manresa to San Sebastian ( Guipuscoa)!!!At the end of insisting, they rented me a van that was full of scratches and dents, even the interior had straw and a lot of dust. When I arrived at the agency in San Sebastian at 5:15 p.m. the girl at the agency forced me to leave the keys in the mailbox, I demanded an inspection of the car with me in front, she refused! I followed the girl's instructions and left with confidence. Two days later they took my EUR200 deposit without explanation. I spent many hours on the phone: some told me that the car had nothing and others that it had been scratched, until in the end I insulted the manager of Manresa, and at the same time, she charged me EUR100 more , and threatening that it would cost me EUR1500 because the front bumper had disappeared since I had insulted her! I canceled my card to avoid more scams, and a month and a half later, I receive an e-mail with an invoice of EUR950 for the van's repairs, they gave me 15 days to pay. I called the resource service they have in Madrid: I explained what happened, and since I didn't sign any paper that I had left the car and besides, the girl had forced me to leave the keys in the mailbox during office hours, I told them that the car was no longer my responsibility! Two weeks after my call, to my great surprise, the 300EUR that had been stolen from me had been returned!!!! Be very careful!!!!
La nostra experiencia amb Enterprise va ser desastrosa. Vam reservar una furgoneta tres setmanes abans, en persona, deixant-ho tot preparat per al trasllat del material necessari per obrir el meu negoci al setembre. El dia del trasllat arribem, i ens diuen que no hi ha furgoneta disponible. Suposadament, ens havien estat trucant el dia anterior, pero no vam rebre cap trucada, i despres ens van admetre que tenien el numero mal apuntat. Ens van deixar completament tirats en un moment critic. No teniem cap altra opcio, i si no feiem el trasllat aquell dia, ens quedavem sense poder obrir el negoci a temps. Necessitavem la furgoneta si o si, i afortunadament Europcar, la companyia del costat, ens va salvar el dia amb una excel*lent atencio i solucions.
Our experience with Enterprise was disastrous. We reserved a van three weeks in advance, in person, leaving everything ready to move the equipment needed to open my business in September. On the day of the transfer we arrive, and they tell us that there is no van available. Supposedly they had been calling us the day before, but we didn't get a call, and then they admitted they had the number wrong. They left us completely stranded at a critical moment. We had no other choice, and if we didn't make the move that day, we wouldn't be able to open the business on time. We really needed the van, and luckily Europcar, the company next door, saved the day with excellent service and solutions.
Havia reservat un cotxe 7 places i no hi era.Primer vaig consultar a la web, pero per assegurar les prestacions vaig fer la reserva per telefon. Sorpresa, nomes era de 5 places. Teniem un viatge familiar planificat que hem hagut d'anul*lar. Solucio per part de l'encarregat: si la clienta no lo quiere, le devuelves la reserva y tenemos un coche mas a la flota. No cal dir que vaig a fer una reclamacio formal.
I had reserved a 7-seater car and it wasn't there. First I checked on the web, but to ensure the services I made the reservation by phone. Surprise, it was only 5 seats. We had a family trip planned that we had to cancel. Solution by the person in charge: if the client does not want it, you return the reservation and we have one more car in the fleet. Un desastre, una reserva pagada des de marzo para julio furgo 9 plazas. El dia de la recogida nos dicen que no hay furgoneta y tenemos que esperar tres dias, eran nuestras vacaciones!!! Y tardaron 9 dias en devolbernos el dinero! Una verguenza!!!
