Penoso. Un vehiculo con 40000km con fallos de bateria. Llamo a la oficina para realizar una sustitucion un viernes por la tarde, y me dicen que la oficina no lo puede gestionar. Que lo gestiona, asistencia en carretera. Asistencia en carretera me dice que lo gestiona la oficina. Resumen, la oficina esta cerrada sabado y domingo. La posible opcion es que vaya a Barcelona (con el coche estropeado) al aeropuerto (vivo a 200km) y "pruebe" a ver si me dan otro vehiculo segun me dijo el chico de asistencia Por otra parte ademas el martes alquilo una furgoneta de carga, para recoger el miercoles. Resulta que NO TIENEN furgonetas disponibles. Eso si, los 50EUR del pago aun no me los han devuelto. Cobrar si que me lo cobraron si, al momento. De esto hace ya 3 dias. Es una verguenza. Y un servicio pesimo.

Fue 2 veces a la oficina a recoger un vehiculo ya alquilado y pagado y me encontre las 2 veces que tenian fallos en el metodo de pago por tarjeta bancaria y tenian que llamar a otra ciudad para cargar el pago y muchas tarjetas no aceptan estos pagos, y este problema lo han tenido todo el mes de octubre y aun no esta solucionado... Los veo muy poco serios y no resuelven un problema muy serio para ellos y para los clientes

Te dicen un precio. Se cobran el alquiler y el deposito. Que en 10 dias te devuelven el deposito... 7 dias despues, se cobran de nuevo el alquiler. Llamas y te responden que eso depende de la tarjeta... que no me preocupe que me haran el ingreso inmediatamente. Ni devuelven el deposito y encima se cobran de nuevo el alquiler. Una verguenza.
They tell you a price. Rent and deposit are charged. That in 10 days they will return the deposit... 7 days later, they will charge the rent again. You call and they answer that it depends on the card... don't worry, they will make the deposit immediately. They don't even return the deposit and on top of that they charge the rent again. A shame.
Excelente recepcion, y trato. Con Jordi en Sucursal Manresa, Quede Encantadisima, tenia que retirar el vehiculo a las 16.00h. al igual que al devolverlo, Jordi estaba en la entrega y recogida, antes de la hora de abertura en su oficina, por lo que es de agradecer esos 15 minutos antes de la abertura. asi como tambien todas las explicaciones para que no tubiera ninguna duda con el vehiculo, sin duda lo recomiendo al 100x100. y si todos los trabajadores son como Jordi, ya es super sobresaliente.

Em llogat una furgoneta, cuant em anat a recollir-la encara la estaven netejant, cuant em possat les cosses al furgo feia pudor, el diposit de combustible estaba casi be buit
I rented a van, when I went to pick it up it was still being cleaned, when I put my things in the van it stank, the fuel tank was almost empty
Alquile un coche a todo riesgo , me dieron las llaves sin explicar nada las unicas palabras fueron ( como si lo estrellas ) . Tuve un incidente , y me quede tirada, en la carretera . El coche no podia circular y no pude llenar el deposito . En Valencia me lo cambiaron por un Opel Astra , ningun tipo de explicacion , (me lo explico un senor muy amable que se dedica a limpiarlos ) este lo devolvi con deposito lleno. Han aprovechado y se han quedado con la fianza . Diciendo que debia llenar todos los depositos . No explican nada !! Son unos bordes . Por suerte no voy a necesitar volver a alquilar un coche. LADRONES y pocas ganas de trabajar !! Antipaticos .... Hay resenas positivas , si no te surge ningun problema.

In Valencia they exchanged it for an Opel Astra, no type of explanation, (a very kind man who is dedicated to cleaning them explained it to me) I returned this one with a full tank. They have taken advantage and kept the deposit. Saying that he had to fill all the tanks. They don't explain anything!! They are edges. Luckily I won't need to rent a car again. THIEVES and little desire to work!! Unfriendly.... There are positive reviews, if you don't have any problems.
