Great value car hire, no worries about marks etc as got everything included and still nearly cheapest available. Only letdown was shuttle service had to load and unload cases ourselves, and van was high. But the car hire experience was excellent.
Very fast and friendly service. Surprisingly the photos of damages of the car that I took and sent off using the Wiber web application could not be found by the staff, nor were they on my phone. Thankfully this turned out not to be a problem when I handed the car back as the damages were accepted as having happened previously.
Affordable prices, clean and well-equipped cars, great customer service and clear rental rules. Highly recommend. Would only suggest extending opening hours a bit - e.g. from 7 AM. We had dropped off our car at 8:05 and the shuttle took us to the airport at 8:10. It takes around 5 mins for the shuttle to reach the parking near the terminal. Then, it's a 3 min walk to reach the building.
This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I had to return the car around 4 AM due to an early flight, but received no instructions on where or how to drop it off on the final day. Despite multiple attempts to reach them--through phone calls and emails--I couldn't get in touch with anyone, as there was no customer support available outside office hours. To make matters worse, they failed to refund my fuel deposit, even though I returned the car with the tank in the same condition as when I picked it up. When I eventually managed to speak with them after returning home, their staff was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. On top of that, they charged me an additional EUR80 for dropping off the car outside their operating hours, something I was never informed about. I would never recommend this company and will certainly never use their services again.
I would highly recommend this car rental company! From start to finish, everything went smoothly without any issues. The staff was extremely professional and helpful, and the rental process was quick and hassle-free. There were no hidden fees or unnecessary paperwork - everything was exactly as agreed. The car was in excellent condition, clean, and ready to go. This is definitely one of the best rental companies I've ever dealt with. I will definitely use their services again!
This is the worst rental car experience I've ever had in my life. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. My girlfriend and I arrived at the airport only to find that we had to go to parking lot 6. There are no signs indicating where the parking lot is located and you have to walk across a highway to get there from Arrivals. The instructions for pick up didn't state that we had to wait at parking lot 6 for the shuttle. We tried calling for help and we called 13 times until they finally picked up. When we arrived at the rental office, we were met with extremely rude service. The guy treated us almost like we were criminals just for trying to use a residency card instead of a passport. He said it was illegal, which it isn't according to conversations we've had with police here before, nor was that stated in the pick up instructions when we booked either. Our initial reaction is to try to find a solution but he kept cutting us off and refused to help us sort out the situation. He basically told us to go home instead of actually helping us. All in all, it took us 30 minutes to get to the airport, an hour to get from the airport to their actual office (which included wandering around the various airport parking lots in 100degF weather) just to be met with an attitude of "its not my problem." They completely ruined the plans we had for the day. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
I was renting a car for a one day. During taking the car, the man very strongly recommended their insurance, which is cost about 3 times more than the rent itself. He multiple times said that it's a not new car, there might be some issues, so better to get the insurance. After such words, I was carefully checking everything when taking the car from them. The car itself was pretty good - it was very fresh and nice, about 4k km on odometer, had everything you need including a CarPlay, the exterior had a few small scratches. During the return, they checked the car veeery carefully, even looked under the bumper and found there some pretty small scratch, less than 1 cm. The man said this is not a scratch, but something different and the size doesn't matter then, this is a problem, we'll charge you for that if you don't have any proof that it was there before. After staying my arguments, he didn't reply and just agreed not to charge me for that, and said that the next time they will change. I did multiple times a renting car before in different companies over there, and none of them looked under bumper. Such a behavior looks to me as a scam, they are looking for a ways to take money from you as much as possible. I don't recommend this company and won't use it in the future.
Very good. Pickup and collection of the car went smoothly, shuttle to and from the rental place arrived quickly. Car was good, no issues there. Would recommend to book through wiber directly and pay for the highest level of insurance to avoid any problems.
