Liars! Mentirosos! Lungner! Be really careful when renting from them! The car was collected late at night and was all wet! You could not see anything- especially the tiny scratches that the car had! The car was unfortunately not prepared for us at all - the check engine light was on and there was no air in the front left tyre. Even after inflating I had to top up the air on the daily basis! Clearly the car not prepared for rental - smelly and dirty inside, with all the faults I mentioned! All the marks were definitely there but were not visible at the time of the night with no light apart from your phone torch! After returning the car I asked the staff if they want to check the car with me and I was told not to worry - this will be done later! I only drove the car to Gandia where I parked it on the private car parking, then back to the airport. I rent the cars at least 4 times a year in Valencia airport and never had any issues with any other rental agencies! It was the first time I rented from them and will never do that again! They charged me for all the scratches 250 euros! They also charged me for the missing petrol and I had filled the car in to full 500 meters from their office! I have all the receipts to prove it but they do not care! They did not even reply to my email! Believe me these people are liars so you were warned! It is all because I told them I did not need their extra insurance!!!! You are welcome to contact me for more details if needed. DO NOT RENT CARS HERE!!! They will offer you a full protection insurance, in case you don't take it the following happens. When you return the car they will try to convince you nicely to rush to the airport without checking your car without signing the return document which legit companies ask you to sign and ensure that the car has not been damaged. 2-4 weeks later they will withhold your deposit with the reasoning that you have damaged the car (which is of course not true.) In worse cases you lose all your deposit in some cases they just steel some of it. This is a typical scam in case of car rentals. This company also belongs amongst them. Take a legit company like Avis, Hertz but you will pay a premium but at least you won't have this experience. I heard several similar stories to mine regarding Victoria rent a car. In case you still decide to go with them, always make sure that they inspect your car in your presence and you sign the return form. If they refuse to do that you will need to record the discussion where you are asking for the on-sight review of the car. This is will help your lawyer with evidence that they can use against them. (This is legal advice from a lawyer who sees these problems on a regular basis)

The company unreasonably charges excessive fuel costs. I rented a Fiat Tipo, the tank capacity is 50 liters. When I returned the car, the fuel gauge showed almost 50% of the tank (5 divisions out of 12). The company returned the money for only 12 liters of fuel, that is, for 24% of the fuel. Draw your own conclusions. In my opinion, this is a real scam. In response to a claim, they rudely replied that my claims did not concern them.

DO NOT RENT CARS HERE!! We rented a car here because it was very cheap. A car for 5 passengers cost us 61 dollars for three days, a very nice deal, but at the end it was not. First when we arrived, apart from the usual 1000 euro deposit there was an extra 100 gas deposit. The staff member told us it was the same as other companies but instead of them charging us afterwards, which is the usual, they were going to charge us up front and then if the tank was full they were going to reimburse us the money. 1st red flag. When we returned the car, they told us that they did not know when our money was going to be reimburse, second red flag. 11 business days had passed and I gave them a call, I was transfer to three different departments (sales, pickup, and support), only sales and pick up answer and they were not able to help me, as it was not their department. Finally I decided to complain through a Google review as I noticed other customers had done before. And yes the next day I received 1044 euros from my 1000 + 100 deposit. They still owed me 56 euros, interesting like other customers I've read in Google forums, and they are responding my messages or calls. Next steps will be to report them to the police as my car which initially cost 61 euros, is now being charged 61 + 56 = 107 euros. I think it is either false advertising or there is some king of problem in their system.

It's very unreliable place. We reserved the car one month before, all agreements were confirmed via e-mail. When I came to pick up the car it turned out that I needed to have additional credit card, which i did't have. They said that it didn't matter that they had written something opposite a month before. I had to look for a different company, which was very hard because I needed the car in that day. I lost half a day. It was very stressful for me and my family.

We have rented fiat panda hybrid. We came half an hour earlier to drop off the car. I don't know why the older employer was rushing, but we were still around the car, taking our suitcases when he wanted to check how much fuel has in the car. The fuel was paid in advance. The car was in gear and he started the car. He hit our car to another car on the parking and run over with the car on my husband leg and put him on the ground. We didn't have a time to go to ambulance, maybe the bones on his foot are broken. We had similar experience with the same employer and when we picked up the car. Maybe he was angry on his self and he didn't show any worries about my husband injury.

This is the best rent company in and around Valencia.Great price for new cars,excellent service,from booking and communication with staff,airport transfers,car pickup process,payment terms,insurance,car return,and even refunds for unused fuel.We took two cars (latest models of Opel Corsa and Mokka).Both in perfect conditions and in good configurations.Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We rented a car in mid September it was very affordable with full cover insurance the fact that it is open 24h saved us as we handed at 1am. Great service, new cars and would use Victoria Car Rent again!
