In Airport office, bright and welcoming. Lovely staff on the day of hire, off hours return very simple. Great rental car policies.
Fast pickup and return, almost brandnew car, friendly staff. The mystery car was a gamble, yeah. Great choice including sports seats, automatic gearbox and aircon.

Just after returning from a trip where we rented a car from Sixt for a few days. Not only was the car great and exactly what was needed the staff were amazing and went above and beyond. After we dropped the car bank it turned out we had left something in the car. They contacted us straight away, we arranged how to get it back and they kept it safe until it was. The staff were friendly and helpful all throughout ever dealing with them. This is not the first time I've used and been very impressed by Sixt and will continue to use them.
Everything OK with the car and the people at the counter, all nice and helpful. BUT the parking is very dangerous and somebody robbed my documents, money and keys from the front passenger seat while preparing to drive. So don't trust the video cameras as looks like they don't work or nobody has access to them, not even the police where I complained. Be careful on Sixt parking or you'll have such experience as well!!!
Everything worked out well, next dat I got a email no damages found. We picked up our rental Citroen C3 on Friday just before midnight, 23:00, service was very fast and clear. Tomorrow in the early morning, 04:00, (Sixt is one of few that you can deliver the car this early) we will leave the car at the parking and just put the key in a box there. This will be completely in trust with Sixt, I hope afterwards everything will be fine. The car is in exactly the same condition as it was when we picked it up. I will update this review is everything turned out well.
Zero problems despite not taking the full insurance. Friendly staff that was still there at midnight. The car park is conveniently located right next to the terminal. Got a nice looking car with a powerful but frugal diesel engine. Was great to drive and came with android auto but was lacking a reversing camera and keyless access. At Sixt Valencia I'd happily rent cars again.
Highly recommend to use sixt in Valencia! Just remember to take full insurance and you will be easily upgraded and face zero problems when handing over the car. Very nice and helpful staff!
