Record go Mobility - Valencia Aeropuerto in Manises

I was customer to Record Go for a few times, but always at the airport in Barcelona. Never had any problems. There have never been any recorded damages of the car at all, so also at the pickup in Valencia. You have to take photos of the damages that you see at pickup. So I took about 10 pictures of different damages at this pickup in Valencia. The difference to the parking garage in Barcelona is, here it is just a parking lot in the industrial area. I couldn't see one dent, because it wasn't visible in the sunlight at pickup (2 pm). At return they let me show the pictures for different damages and made me pay for this one even though it was obvious, it was just visible because of the floodlight angle (7 am). 500EUR extra for a damage that isn't my fault makes such a rent far to expensive.I If you are really good at checking the cars on you own and are 100% sure you don't miss something like that go ahead. Otherwise look for another renting company that keeps records of the car damages and doesn't make you pay for the ones that you missed. Ps: it level looks like the damage was from the inside of the engine cover. Maybe a mechanic forgot his tools in there and shut the cover?!

Experience was very pleasant and quick. The staff were kind and respectful. Please inform yourself of the contract and payment methods before arriving. Drop off experience was smooth. I recommend record go and will book with them again

Save yourself a REALLY BAD time and find another company to rent from. I have tried many here in Valencia, and this is the worst one by far. Photos of the car in the condition I received it. The office is not by the airport, and they are extremely slow, both handling you the car and also receiving it back. You would have to consider A LOT of time for this. They are extremely pushy with the insurance sale. Summary: lots of time wasted, trashy cars, horrible service experience. Goldcar, ClickRent, and Centauro, they work better

Although I was a bit concerned about some of the negative reviews I found on this profile, I decided to book with them. I got an Alfa Romeo Stelvio with full protection. I had no issues picking the vehicle up, I used an AMEX to pay for the fuel deposit. Yes, they have a weird policy with the 10 km receipt requirement, but it's easy to find a gas station nearby on your way back. The car I got was not in a great shape, it had been abused both on the outside and inside, but nothing serious. Not their fault, the renters I guess. I did not have any problems with the car and returned it 2 weeks later - very easy drop off process, I didn't have to do a thing. The money was refunded on my card the same day (took a couple of days for me to see it on the statement). I would recommend this company and will probably use them again in the future should I need to.

If you didn't do your homework, get ready to get screwed. Sure, I got a good deal on the rental, but you get what you pay for it I guess Lol. Once I declined their pushy pitch to sell you their extra insurance, I got an SUV with 77,000 km and lots of body damage all around the car. Not the entire damage was on the contract of course. Fortunately, I took a bunch of pictures and videos can that saved me at the return proving the damage existed prior to rental. The worst part was actually the return process that took almost an hour. They take their sweet time to repeatedly sell their extra policies to newcomers and neglect people returning the car in a rush to catch a flight. No more Record Go for me. Good luck to others.

Great service, very efficient from start to finish. Booked directly through their own website, very straightforward. The instructions for collection were a bit odd but made sense once you were there. I opted for the insurance, having driven before in Spain figured it was worth it. Also has the advantage of skipping the deposit on the credit card. The car itself was a Suzuki S Cross hybrid - wasn't advertised as a hybrid so a nice suprise, clean was very clean and in very good condition. Also had more features than other rentals over the years. From reading the reviews I was a bit nervous, but everything worked out great, staff were very friendly and efficient and had us in and out in no time at all. I rented as were staying in Orapesa and looking at transfers / taxis it was cheaper to rent the car for the week. Would happily rent from again

I used RecordGo services in March 2024 (469/2024-502879). It was my third time with this company and got booking for Mini Convertible (model guaranteed). A lot of new cars on the parking. I was served by a very nice Marina who provided the highest customer service level. She even remembered my name 6 days later when I was dropping off the car :). Marina explained to me everything and answered all my questions (which I had a lot :) ) very patiently. Full insurance was offered but without too much preassure. Car condition was perfect, a little bit of dust outside, but the inside was spotless. I had a very good time. The only flaw was lack of air condition in the office, so it was like in a sauna.

I would recommend to save yourselves a hassle and think twice before choosing this location for your car rental because not only at the end you will not save any.money compare to in terminal car rental rate but you will have to end up paying much more not to mention the hassle of getting out there. And of course once you are there you basically have not much option to accept their ridiculous condition specially of you are not alone and traveling with family or hand full of luggages Fist you need to know is that Valencia airport not only allowing them yo have an office and parking inside terminal but they are forbidden to drive to pick up location with their shuttles to pick their guests and you have to walk to a curb outside terminal to reach the shuttle which this.alone should tell you about the nature.of their business however if not enough then wait until you get there and pay through your noose until you realize why they are not allowed nowhere close to airport parking. Despite the fact I bought I full insurance online at the time.of booking however this company has their. OWN insurance policy and they deny being aware of online insurance purchased and they themselves don't honour the purchased insurance and you MUST buy their I durance which the rough cost is approximately 2 times your car rentals total that means whatever you thought you will end up paying for your entire rental multiply it to 3 Your other option is they charge your credit card for a 1800 Euro and please pay attention it is a CHARGE not pre-authorization for insurance deductible portion and 1800 Euro another charge for security deposit that is 3600 Euro charge just as a security for insu6purpose and vehicle on top of your car rental fee. Also they do not offer road. Assistance unless you purchase this extra option for 55.65 Euro or else if you stock and call road Assistance you will have to pay 300 Euro each time. Also this road Assistance only has a limited coverage of proxy if you.plan to go further inside Spain then there is a different rate. If you every decide still rent definitely buy this road side Assistance because there.is a good chance yoh need it with high mileage and quality of vehicles they offer which is another long story. Old vehicle with over 70.000 miles stinky and beat up on all corners was my vehicle.
