Ale po raz pierwszy spotkalem sie z takim bezczelnym incydentem jaki mial miejsce w Walencji. Zarezerwowalismy samochod juz kilka tyg. wczesniej na Internecie, w dniu kiedy przylecielismy, samochod dostarczyl nam pracownik firmy na lotnisko, na tak zwane miejsce "Kiss and Fly"-czyli szybko sprawdzic, wsiadac i odjechac. Zdazylismy sie spakowac zrobic zdjecia samochodu i skontrolowac do okola. W dniu oddania samochodu pracownik nagle, dziwnie polozyl sie prawie i zaczal ogladac od spodu samochod i stwierdzil ze porysowalismy dol samochodu. I have been using such services for several years, we often go on vacation with my family and rent cars. But this is the first time I have encountered such a brazen incident that took place in Valencia. We had booked the car several weeks earlier on the Internet, and on the day we arrived, the car was delivered to us by an employee of the company at the airport, to the so-called "Kiss and Fly" place - that is, quickly check, get in and drive away. We managed to pack up, take photos of the car and inspect the exterior. On the day we returned the car, the employee suddenly, strangely, almost lay down and started looking at the bottom of the car and found that we had scratched the bottom of the car. Each of us knows what the moment of hitting the curb with the front bumper is felt, so we know that it is impossible for us not to hear or feel such an incident, and the bumper is so scratched that I would have to drive over it 10 times a day at least for these 7 days. curb but oh well - my fault, I DIDN'T INSPECTION THE CAR AT THE AIRPORT FROM BELOW... The employee said we could appeal and write e-mail... but I suspect that they knew before our rental that it had to be assigned to someone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND IN THE FUTURE, CHECK YOUR CARS EVERYWHERE, EVEN THE CHASSIS!
