If you enjoy waiting in a line for an hour when you don't even get the keys. Then you wait in a car park at 35C where nobody attends to you at all. Then this is the rental company for you. Nunca mas.

An absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs. I would never use this company again. I returned a car in perfect condition and was subsequently charged for damage, asking me if I'd been in an accident. I have followed up for 6 weeks speaking on the phone and via email. I have been largely ignored and I still have no details of the supposed damage. I will be reimbursed through my insurance but I find the behaviour appalling. They are dishonest and stealing money. Avoid at all costs. Note: In response to the reply below. I have emailed you using multiple email addresses and spoken to 2 people on the phone. Stop pretending you care about the situation or are committed in anyway to rectifying it.

We arrived and there was a huge queue (due to multiple delayed flights showing up at once) but the team did their best to serve us. Ana was amazing and super helpful despite everyone shouting etc, so thank you Ana!

We rented a car through sunny cars, we had to pick it up at enterprise at Valencia airport. We were helped immediately and quickly, the staff was very friendly. The car was brand new. Returning the car was quick and took about five minutes. The deposit was refunded the next day.

Avoid these scammers. If they try to get you to pay for a scratched Cupra Aventador let me know. I pointed out the scratches as I collected the car. They acknowledged the damage and said it had occured on the same morning before I collected the car. They tried to charge me 1400 euro for the scratches. Thankfully I'd taken photos of the damage before leaving with the vehicle. Photos taken on phones are usually time, date and location stamped so I had all the evidence I needed. If I didn't have the photos they would have got away with fraud. Make sure you take photos of the interior and exterior. These clowns will try and scam you out of PSPSPSPS's. Enterprise now say "we would like to look into this further but need some more information". Don't be fooled, I've given them all the information they requested via email. Enterprise refused to copy me in on emails between the regional office and the Valencia office. They refused to provide logs for the vehicle so I'm unable to see what claims have been made on the vehicle. These guys at Manises just stink of a cover up.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We had booked a car for good Friday evening arrival. Despite being within our hour window, they claimed we were late and they had no car. We were one of four families screwed over that evening. Some were given manual instead of automatic they had reserved, which we found out after was illegal. This guy was so rude to everyone and refused to give his name or help us in any way. I also noticed they gave one family a car with significant bumper damage. We ended up getting a last minute rental with Gold car who said they do this a lot. Never ever rent from them.

Thank you Enterprise team! They did a great job from helping us understand how the insurance works to having a vehicle that would work for the size of our family. We had no issues with the vehicle picking up or retuning it. Best part is that they have a key drop off in case you have an early flight. They followed up with us and we had no surprise charges. Keep up the good work!

My friends and I rented a beautiful Nissan jeep for the duration of our holiday. We were greeted with friendly, helpful and meaningful service by Estela in Valencia airport. She managed our rental and explained everything we needed to know regarding fuel, insurance policy and vehicle functionality. Everything was described in a professional manner and she made us feel that we were a valued customer. The vehicle itself was fantastic, a very seamless and smooth drive which was an upgrade from our initial booking. This made transport on our holiday significantly more enjoyable as we had lots of luggage and we were dropping the car back at a different airport. I have no problem in recommending this company to anybody, particularly due to the fantastic service we received in Valencia airport. We will be booking again in the future! Eoghan
